ConnectWise 90 Day Limited Satisfaction Guarantee

ConnectWise offers powerful business automation solutions for technology solutions providers and we’re confident enough to offer a satisfaction guarantee.

At ConnectWise we pride ourselves in having developed a comprehensive curriculum of training sessions and video modules targeted at the various individuals/work roles within your organization. We are committed to providing you the tools and resources necessary to successfully implement the ConnectWise solution. It is also imperative that YOU commit the necessary time and resources to this process.

Provided you fully satisfy the criteria set forth below, we will refund your license fees for the ConnectWise solution (note that fees for professional services and 3rd party products are excluded) provided that you agree to allow us to assist you with proper implementation and training, and to work with us through any issues that might arise, you qualify for the ConnectWise 90 Day Limited Satisfaction Guarantee!

The following additional terms and conditions apply:

1.     ConnectWise Software Partners

ConnectWise will refund the fees paid by you to ConnectWise associated with the ConnectWise Software when the following criteria are met:

  • The cancellation/refund request is received by ConnectWise in writing within ninety (90) days of contract signing.
  • An implementation package was purchased through ConnectWise.
  • Your account with ConnectWise is in good standing.
  • You have made best efforts to resolve any support issues and/or workarounds and you have:
    • Attended all scheduled implementation calls
    • Completed all ConnectWise University training
    • Implemented the ConnectWise Software in your business
    • Allowed ConnectWise a reasonable attempt to resolve any support issues and you have followed all workarounds

2.     ConnectWise SaaS/Cloud Partners

ConnectWise will refund payments made by you to ConnectWise for ConnectWise SaaS (server charge is non-refundable) when the following criteria are met:

  • The cancellation/refund request is received by ConnectWise in writing within ninety (90) days of contract signing.
  • A reasonable attempt has been made to resolve support issues and/or workarounds.
  • Your account with ConnectWise is in good standing.
  • You have made best efforts to resolve any support issues and/or workarounds and you have:
    • Attended all scheduled implementation calls
    • Completed all ConnectWise University training
    • Implemented the ConnectWise SaaS in your business
    • Allowed ConnectWise a reasonable attempt to resolve any support issues and you have followed all workarounds
