What to expect:
- Use the email template, call script, and talking points linked above to send the survey to your customers. We recommend targeting model customers, upsell and cross-sell opportunities, and key prospects.
- ConnectWise will facilitate gift card distribution via email for your customers who complete the survey.
- The survey closes on June 5, 2026, and the report is expected to be published in Q3.
- All participating partners will have access to a course in the ConnectWise University about leveraging the final report for your customers. ConnectWise Partner Program members will also receive a ready-to-use campaign kit, a great way to kick off Cybersecurity Month in October.
