Meet Anna Lang, a member of the IT Nation™ team. In the last two years, she’s been an invaluable asset to our team—assisting with critical programs like IT Nation Evolve, organizing peer groups across the globe, and ensuring the seamless execution of events for our partners.
Getting started at ConnectWise
What did you do before joining ConnectWise?
Before ConnectWise, I was a student. I had the opportunity to join ConnectWise as my first full-time job post-grad.
What different roles have you had with the company?
I have spent the last two years on the IT Nation team. When I first started, I was doing a bit more admin for IT Nation Evolve. Now, I live and breathe events—specifically, organizing all our peer groups in Europe and our role-based peer groups in North America.
What do you enjoy about working at ConnectWise?
The thing I enjoy the most about working at ConnectWise is the people—both my team and our partners. I am so grateful for the way my team, the leaders, and the connections in the channel have championed my success professionally and supported me personally.
What’s something about your job that makes you feel accomplished?
One thing about my job that makes me feel accomplished is seeing the delight on partners’ faces when we execute a seamless event.
What’s something that you want people to know about ConnectWise?
We really do care! From the executives down, all conversations at ConnectWise start and end with our partners. ConnectWise equates your success to our success. We love seeing you win.
What’s a big win that you’re proud of?
A win that I’m proud of is the European IT Nation Evolve community. I have had the privilege of traveling to Europe every quarter to support the flourishing European TSP community. They have come such a long way in their businesses and how they support each other as peers.

If you could have any superpower for 24 hours, what would it be and why?
I travel way too much to say anything other than teleport. I would get so much more done in a day if I cut out the travel time.
What’s your go-to karaoke song?
My recent go-to has been Pride and Joy by Stevie Ray Vaughan.
What’s one bucket list item you’re looking forward to?
I have spent the last year of my life really prioritizing my bucket list. Recently, I did my number one item, which was to go to Costa Rica for a month and learn how to surf. It was amazing!
