Manny Rivelo is a seasoned executive and entrepreneur with extensive experience leading and scaling global organizations in the technology, cybersecurity, and enterprise software sectors. With a career spanning over thirty years, Rivelo has established himself as a visionary leader known for his strategic insights, operational expertise, and deep understanding of emerging technologies. As the former CEO of Forcepoint, a leading cybersecurity company, Rivelo led the transformation of the business into a major player in the cybersecurity space, driving growth and innovation in the face of evolving cyberthreats. Before his role at Forcepoint, he held senior leadership positions at Cisco Systems, F5 Networks, and Arista Networks, where he honed his skills in corporate strategy, product development, sales and marketing, and international market expansion. Currently, Manny Rivelo serves as the CEO of ConnectWise, where he is committed to the company’s mission of empowering managed service providers (MSPs) with unmatched software, services, and community to achieve their most ambitious vision of success. Rivelo is passionate about creating high-performance, innovation, and integrity cultures and is known for his ability to build high-impact teams that deliver results. He is also a thought leader in the intersection of technology and business, frequently sharing insights on leadership, cybersecurity, and the future of digital transformation. In addition to his corporate accomplishments, Rivelo is an active mentor and advisor to startups and emerging tech companies, helping guide the next generation of innovators. He holds a Bachelor’s and Master’s degree in Engineering and frequently speaks at industry conferences and panels. Rivelo is also deeply committed to philanthropy, supporting initiatives that promote education, entrepreneurship, and diversity in tech. David Raissipour has had an extensive career spanning over three and a half decades. He most recently held the position of Chief Technology and Product Officer at Mimecast. In that capacity, he led the Product, Engineering, UX, Operations and Strategy teams for the company. He led the efforts to rebuild the company’s flagship product platform while assisting in the successful transition of Mimecast from a public to a PE backed company. Prior to Mimecast, he spent 4 years at Sophos where he led the Sophos Firewall, Sophos Central and Email Security offerings as the SVP of Products and engineering. Before joining Sophos, David held the positions of SVP of Products and Engineering at Carbonite, Vice President & General Manager of the SecureID and Fraud & Risk Intelligence RSA. Prior to RSA, David Spent 14 years at Microsoft in product leadership roles working on Outlook, MSDN/TechNet, as well as MSN and Bing Mobile product offerings. David holds a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science and describes himself as an Engineer with a passion for solving complex customer challenges. David currently lives in Windermere, Florida, with his wife of over 32 years along with his three adult daughters.
Mari-Frances is an accomplished senior leader with deep expertise in commercial strategy, customer success, and operations. With a career spanning 15+ years in SaaS, fintech, and enterprise solutions, she is recognized for her ability to navigate complex business environments, foster long-term customer partnerships, and translate strategy into measurable outcomes. Most recently, Mari-Frances was Chief Customer Officer at WEX, where she led an international team of 3,000+ and drove strategic initiatives that enhanced customer engagement, operational efficiency, and revenue growth across intricate global markets. Prior to that, she spent several years with SAP Concur in senior leadership positions, also focused on customer success and revenue growth. Mari-Frances is passionate about delivering value through customer-centric innovation. She is a regular speaker and contributor on the topic of customer success, SMB business growth, and leadership—and she has been featured in Forbes, The Economist, and NPR. She resides in Bellevue, where she lives with her husband, their daughters, and Beagle, Duke. In her spare time, she enjoys watching her girls play soccer and, during the winter months, you can find her skiing when there is fresh snow to be found.
Dan Madden is the Chief Financial Officer at ConnectWise, where he leads the company’s financial strategy and operations to support long-term growth and innovation. He brings more than 25 years of experience in financial leadership roles across both public companies and private-equity-backed businesses. Prior to joining ConnectWise, Dan served as CFO at Medallia, Edifecs, Ellie Mae, and Revel Systems. He also held senior finance roles at Cepheid, Symmetricom, Tellabs, and McKesson. Dan began his career at Ernst & Young and holds a B.S. in Business Administration from California State University, Sacramento.
Joe Mercurio is the Chief Revenue Officer (CRO) at ConnectWise, where he leverages over 20 years of sales experience to drive growth and innovation within the organization. Throughout his career, Joe has demonstrated a consistent track record of enhancing the performance of sales organizations, having held various leadership positions at notable companies such as Dell, EMC, and RSA. Most recently, he served as the Senior Vice President of Sales and Channel at Mimecast, where he successfully implemented strategies that significantly improved sales outcomes and team effectiveness before joining ConnectWise. Joe earned a Bachelor's Degree in Business Management from Providence College. He strives to be a consistent leader in his role, drawing from the best practices of the numerous mentors he has encountered throughout his career. Joe is committed to enhancing team performance and fostering personal growth, emphasizing dedication, teamwork, and continuous development. Outside of work, Joe is devoted to his family, enjoying quality time with his wife, Michelle, their two children, and their family dog. In his personal time, he engages in various activities, including playing golf, making candles, and exploring outdoor pursuits.
Angus brings over 20 years of experience in B2B software marketing and sales, with a focus on accelerating sales velocity through product and distribution flywheels while building high-performing teams. Currently an instructor with CompTIA, Angus previously served as Partner and CMO at Chief Outsiders and CRO at Axcient, where he led sales, marketing, and partner success efforts. Earlier roles include EVP of Marketing at Convercent (now OneTrust), CMO at insightsoftware, and VP of Product Marketing at Spirent. Outside of work, Angus enjoys the outdoors and spending time with his family.
Kisha Thompson is the Chief People Officer at ConnectWise with a robust background in training and development, talent acquisition, HR operations management, and employee relations. Before joining ConnectWise, Thompson served as the Chief People Officer of ClickDimensions, a global software company, and held the VP of Human Resources position at Healthmap Solutions, where she utilized advanced technology to improve the lives of individuals with kidney disease. Thompson holds a degree from the University of Florida and has over 15 years of experience in various HR functions. Her passion for creating inclusive workplace cultures aligns seamlessly with ConnectWise values, making her an excellent addition to the executive leadership team. Thompson is based in the ConnectWise Tampa headquarters office and directly reports to the CEO, overseeing all global HR teams. Her leadership and expertise are poised to significantly impact the company and its employees as they continue to strive for excellence.
Alan Komet is the Chief Strategy & Transformation Officer for ConnectWise. He is responsible for leading the Transformation Office focused on accelerating strategic initiatives such as platform migrations, payments adoption, pricing and packaging, corporate development, and long-range planning. Alan has over 25 years of hi-tech experience in companies ranging from privately owned start-ups to small-cap public companies to Fortune 500® enterprises. Before joining ConnectWise, he was responsible for field operations at Progress Software, delivering 17 consecutive quarters of overachievement. Before Progress Software, Alan served as an executive at Check Point Software Technologies, driving new customer acquisition through inside sales and delivering through channel partners. He initiated the customer success function at the company, increasing gross and net retention during his tenure. Alan also served as an EVP at FalconStor Software, General Manager at Continuity Software, and COO at Zoomin Software. He also spent over a decade at CA Technologies in various management roles. He holds a degree in marketing from Touro College in Israel.
Peter Kujawa is an accomplished executive and attorney with experience leading businesses ranging from early stage to mature, and from privately held to publicly traded. Peter oversees Service Leadership and IT Nation, which includes community programs such as IT Nation Connect, IT Nation Evolve peer groups as well as ConnectWise partner advisory councils. Prior to his current role, Peter served as president of an MSP for 11 years. He led the turnaround of the business including its acquisition by one of the largest privately held office equipment dealers in North America. During his time there, the company became an early adapter of managed cybersecurity services with revenue growth from $2.2m to $16.5m and employee growth from 18 to 85 employees. Peter also served simultaneously as the corporate counsel of the parent company that acquired the MSP. Before joining the MSP, Peter was CEO for fintech company, Info-Pro Lender Services. He also worked for Thomson Reuters, US Cellular, and BellSouth Mobility in various sales and sales leadership roles. Peter has been recognized as an MSPMentor Top 250 People in Managed Services, 2023 Channel Influencer by Channel Futures, and 2025 CRN® Channel Chief. He served for nine years as an advisory board member for MSPAlliance. Peter received his Juris Doctor from Marquette Law School in Milwaukee, Wisconsin. He earned his Bachelor's degree from Marquette University and has completed multiple executive education courses from the Northwestern University – Kellogg School of Management.
As EVP Product Management, Jeff Bishop oversees product management for Asio platform and many of the product lines at ConnectWise. Jeff’s previous positions include Chief Product Officer, Vice President of Ecosystem, and Vice President of ConnectWise Control (formerly ScreenConnect). Before joining ConnectWise in 2015, Jeff was one of the founders of ScreenConnect, a solution that allows clients’ computers to be remotely controlled for fast, reliable, secure remote support. Jeff also worked for Agilent Technologies, a spin-off from Hewlett-Packard, in various roles including product management, marketing, and engineering.
Russ Humphries is a cybersecurity leader with over two decades of successful new product releases and portfolio evolutions to his name. Russ enjoys the full product experience and builds teams that love to execute with passion and quality. His biography includes designing and bringing to market data at rest protection solutions like Microsoft BitLocker, revitalizing portfolios as evidenced with the release of Sophos Intercept X, and SaaS platform evolutions for XDR. In his spare time Russ enjoys Dungeons and Dragons and watching Sci-Fi. Frankly, he’s proudly “a bit of a geek."
Prakash Talreja is an engineering leader with over 20 years experience in the tech industry, ranging from developing and designing SaaS solutions to building and leading high-impact teams. Prakash’s most recent role was VP of Platform Engineering at Mimecast where he led the infrastructure, frontend, search, storage, data, API and identity platforms for all of Mimecast’s products. He also spearheaded the architecture and execution of their data platform. Before joining Mimecast, Prakash held senior technical positions at Sophos, ForcePoint and Morgan Stanley. He holds a Master’s degree in Computer Science and has a strong passion for building scalable distributed systems. Prakash lives in London. He has three kids and enjoys playing tennis and pickleball in his free time.
Patrick is a cybersecurity executive focused on leading global cyber operations. Patrick has more than 20 years of operational duties in information security, spanning the commercial, federal civilian, defense, law enforcement, and intelligence communities. Most recently, Patrick served as Cognizant Technology’s Global Cyber Operations Executive, where he led a team of more than 150 personnel operating across five countries. Prior to Cognizant, Patrick led cyber operations for AIG, Booz Allen Hamilton, Amazon Web Services, and Bank of America. In the public sector, Patrick served as the first Deputy Director/Director of Operations at the Department of Homeland Security’s (DHS) National Cybersecurity and Communications Integration Center (NCCIC). Patrick is a former Army Infantry Non-Commissioned Officer and holds a B.S. in Political Science from Radford University. He also holds a patent for his work developing a new method of leveraging AI models for improving network security.
Josh Poe serves as Chief Legal Officer and is responsible for all legal matters relating to ConnectWise’s business operations. Josh began his career in private practice specializing in commercial litigation, and he brings more than 20 years of legal experience and expertise to ConnectWise. Before joining ConnectWise, Josh served as Vice President and Senior Counsel for CA Technologies, a global software company. He was responsible for negotiating complex IP licensing and services agreements, software development and distribution agreements, and general legal guidance impacting business operations. Josh also served as Senior Counsel for Danka Office Imaging Company, one of the world’s largest independent distributors of office imaging equipment, software, support, and related services. Josh received a Bachelor of Arts degree in history, with honors, from the University of Florida and a Juris Doctor degree from Loyola University.
Todd Hale is the Chief Information Officer of ConnectWise. He is responsible for overseeing data services, business applications and systems, IT Enterprise architecture, internal IT, business transformation, the project management office, and the integration management office for ConnectWise. Before joining ConnectWise, Todd served as the Executive Vice President and Chief Information Officer of the ODP Corporation, a leading provider of business services, products, and digital workplace technology solutions to small, medium, and enterprise-level businesses. During his 17-year tenure with ODP, he led a comprehensive modernization of the company’s global technology infrastructure and processes. He was instrumental in developing their supply chain and omnichannel commerce capabilities and successfully executed strategic mergers, acquisitions, and divestitures, including the acquisitions of Office Max and CompuCom and the restructuring of ODP’s International business portfolio. Hale is a lifelong technology evangelist and an active contributor to and member of the local business community. He was named Palm Beach County “CIO of the Year” in 2015, served as Vice Chair of the Board of Directors for the Boca Raton Chamber of Commerce, and is a regular contributor to several technology-based shared interest groups. Mr. Hale is a graduate of the University of Arkansas, holding both a Master of Business Administration and Bachelor of Science in Microbiology.
Ernie brings a wealth of experience in finance and accounting, primarily within technology sectors. He has served as a CFO, CAO, and SVP of Corporate Finance, with comprehensive oversight of Accounting, Treasury, FP&A, Tax, Systems, HR, and Legal departments. Previously, as Kaseya’s CAO, Ernie oversaw back-office transformations for exponential growth and facilitated the execution of 15 acquisitions, notably the Datto transaction, valued at over $6.2 billion. At ConnectWise, Ernie leads the Accounting team with a focus on operations and collaborates closely with FP&A, Financial Systems, Sales Ops, and the Partner Success organization, among others. Ernie is a licensed CPA, receiving his start as an auditor at Deloitte. He holds a Bachelor of Science from Hunter College and is a former U.S. Army Paratrooper. Beyond professional endeavors, he cherishes family time and shares a passion for building motorcycles with his son in their home garage.
