Colleague Spotlight: Kyle Beausoleil
Meet Kyle Beausoleil, a Senior Partner Success Manager in Australia. In his 10-year tenure with ConnectWise, Kyle has been dedicated to guiding partners towards operating more efficiently, and has been an invaluable asset to our team.
Getting started at ConnectWise
What did you do before joining ConnectWise?
ConnectWise was my first professional job after graduating from The University of Tampa in 2013. Before joining ConnectWise, I had been studying social sciences, interning at the Hillsborough County Sherriff’s Office, and working a few part-time jobs. Some of the best life lessons learned through university was understanding what you don’t want to do. This led me to continue trying new avenues and to start my technology journey. Nine years later, and on the other side of the world, I find myself at a very different point in life from where I had started.
What different roles have you had with the company?
I started at ConnectWise in 2014 as a partner support consultant looking after ConnectWise PSA™. Shortly after, I joined the Australian overnight support shift and remained on that team for a few years until I had the opportunity to move to Australia and work out of the Sydney office. I’ve worked as a business consultant, helping new partners out with implementations. Most recently, I’ve transitioned to the partner success team to provide business and technical guidance around how they should be using their toolsets most efficiently.
What do you enjoy about working at ConnectWise?
Throughout my career at ConnectWise, I’ve enjoyed my interactions with partners and helping drive their business outcomes the most, especially while working on the partner success team. I’ve been able to enjoy the flexibility of being able to provide a fresh set of eyes into partner’s environments and talk through what they are looking to solve for while translating that into the capacities of software.
What’s something about your job that makes you feel accomplished?
Most of my accomplishments come from small incremental changes that can be made with every conversation. If the result of the conversation is some small improvement, that improvement continues to improve the partner’s employees’ experience and their clients’ overall satisfaction.
What’s a big win that you’re proud of?
In terms of accomplishment, I am most proud of being engaged with the same partners and contacts over the last nine years and being included in their growth and journey.
What’s something you want people to know about ConnectWise?
ConnectWise had a full mascot owl outfit made and worn at IT Nation Connect before the rebranding of the company. I’ve always wondered who ended up with that outfit.

If you could have any superpower for 24 hours, what would it be and why?
To be able to control physical matter. I’d want to be able to change the chemical bonds of matter and convert lead into gold.
What’s a country you’d like to visit and why?
Japan, I like to experience different cultures that are known for being respectful and hospitable.
What’s the bucket-list item you’re most looking forward to?
Camping with my German Shepherd puppy. He’s under a year old and needs to get a bit more mature before we can trust him off-leash.
What’s your go-to karaoke song?
Yellow Ledbetter by Pearl Jam. Nobody knows the lyrics, and you don’t need to be able to sing coherently to have it sound right.
