A single, secure point of entry
With ConnectWise Home, all your ConnectWise products and resources are accessible from a single point of entry. No more multiple tabs to manage or URLs to bookmark. You can launch your products, try new ones, pay invoices, access support, explore ConnectWise University, and stay on top of relevant updates—all from one easy to use, seamless, and completely secure dashboard.
Faster, easier issue resolution
Creating and managing richly detailed support tickets is easier than ever in ConnectWise Home’s modern user interface (UI). Easily check a ticket’s status, see who submitted what, and review responses or updates at a glance. Plus, the enhanced ConnectWise University search feature lets you skip the wait and find potential resolutions from our vast library of educational resources in no time.
A better trial experience
Not only can you launch your existing products from ConnectWise Home, but you can also easily try and buy ConnectWise Identify® and ConnectWise Unite™. View information on product plans and features with a click, and give each product a test run directly within your portal. If you decide to purchase a full-blown license, you can do that from ConnectWise Home as well.
Simplified invoice payments
Paying invoices is easier than ever with ConnectWise Home. Our new modern billing center is simple to navigate and allows you to pay all your invoices in one place—no more logging into multiple portals. View your invoice details and status at a glance, and make payments with a credit card. Easily see whether you’ve paid a bill, you need to pay a bill, or a payment failed. All your billing is crystal clear and easy to manage.
Other product enhancements you may have missed
ConnectWise Mobile App
Last year, we launched the new ConnectWise Mobile app, which lets you contact partners, track expenses, and set agendas on the fly—either on Apple or Android. You can even attach photos to open tickets for faster fixes and time saved on future tickets.
Improved renewal functionality
As you probably know, keeping existing customers is far easier than gaining new ones. So, we’ve made some product enhancements to help you stay on top of renewals. Learn more about how you can flag upcoming renewals in advance, communicate about renewals better with customers, and even build a stronger renewal process into your workflow from the point of sale, so no customer falls through the cracks.
Recent additions to the ConnectWise family
This past October we announced a few acquisitions including Continuum®, a ConnectWise company, BrightGauge®, a ConnectWise solution and ITBoost®, a ConnectWise solution. Take a look at what our new products can do—and how they fit into the ConnectWise family.
BrightGauge organizes data from multiple sources, making it more easily accessible and digestible. Among other things, that includes generating custom reports on daily activities, current sales activities, open opportunities, and revenue pipelines.

ITBoost integrates with ConnectWise Control allowing TSPs to remote directly into any managed devices they have configs set up for so that they have easy access from a single pane of glass.
ConnectWise Command™, formerly a Continuum solution, offers comprehensive remote monitoring and management (RMM) solutions to exceed end-client expectations with proactive tools and NOC services—regardless of device environment. Better still, it works seamlessly on smartphones of all shades.
ConnectWise Fortify™, formerly a Continuum solution, is advanced security—a fully scalable way of enhancing cybersecurity for you and your clients. This solution identifies potential dangers, provides for rapid SOC response, and allows you to customize the right offering for each of your clients.
Even with fantastic IT support, data losses sometimes happen. ConnectWise Recover™, formerly a Continuum solution, provides expert backup and disaster recovery safeguarding. Keep information offsite in our cloud, and seamlessly restore data with our robust Backup and Disaster Recovery (BDR) solution. Our NOC technicians will take care of the day-to-day management so you can focus on being a trusted advisor to your clients.
ConnectWise Assist™, formerly a Continuum solution, offers expert support and guidance, helping you deliver better service so your clients can reach their full potential.
