TechMD® faced the challenge of managing various tools and maintaining critical infrastructure. The transition to ConnectWise RMM was crucial for them to achieve improved scalability and better agent management. Solution

Making the Switch from Datto to ConnectWise RMM

ConnectWise RMM™ provides intelligent monitoring and alerting built into RMM and is a key driver of operational efficiency for Blake. This efficiency translates into significant cost savings and gives them the scalability they require given their strategic growth model.

With an 285-person team, TechMD faced the challenge of managing various tools and maintaining critical infrastructure. The transition to ConnectWise RMM was crucial for them to achieve improved scalability and better agent management.

“I’ve spoken to a few partners that are in my peer group that assume that utilizing ConnectWise RMM with 30,000 agents would be expensive and can’t scale. They are blown away when I share the success we are having [with RMM]. When I add that it comes with incredible support and is built on a platform that positions us for the future, I can dispel that myth rather quickly.”

“The integration with ConnectWise’s Security Operations Center (SOC) services streamlined agent issue resolution. We were able to reduce a lot of noise for our technicians.”

Blake continues, “having our service team log into multiple servers isn’t good business practice, nor is it scalable. The platform and the SOC have played a pivotal role in helping us provide better service through automated tasks and streamlined operations.”
