What is an Admin User?
An Admin has access to the Reports and Dashboards (formerly BrightGauge) platform to create gauges, dashboards and reports. With our Advanced Plan you can restrict rights to other admins.
What is a Viewer?
A Viewer is a user that has read-only access to Reports and Dashboards, perfect for your clients, or your teammates who don't need full access to the Gauge Builder.
What is a Datasource?
Reports and Dashboards (formerly BrightGauge) connects to individual datasources to pull in the data to our platform. Each datasource is charged separately because it requires a unique connection to our platform.
