EU-US Privacy Shield
BrightGauge participates in and has certified its compliance with the EU-U.S. Privacy Shield Framework and the Swiss–U.S. Privacy Shield Framework. The Privacy Shield covers issues relating to the collection, use, and retention of personal information from the EU and Switzerland. Our certification verifies that we adhere to all key Privacy Shield Principles when transferring and processing personal information from the EU in the U.S.
