·        Deployed Microsoft Entra Connect to synchronize identities across Active Directory environments.

·        Utilized Microsoft Entra Connect Health to proactively monitor synchronization heartbeat, latency, and agent performance, reducing sync-related downtime 

·        Implemented Password Writeback to enable Self-Service Password Reset (SSPR) and Device Writeback to support Hybrid Azure AD Join for centralized device management.

Active Directory :
