    As part of the CW Platform, CW PSA leverages a shared platform foundation that brings together key customer, organizational, and user data. This creates a more connected experience across ConnectWise products and helps teams work from consistent customer and user information.  

    The result is that MSPs can reduce manual administration, streamline cross-product workflows, and create greater consistency across their operations.

    Agentic-AI native platform

    Unlike competitors that bolt-on AI functionality, CW PSA incorporates  AI agents directly into operational workflows. When AI is directly embedded into PSA workflows, MSPs can improve consistency, reduce manual effort, and increase technician capacity while maintaining service quality.

    As the CW Platform continues to evolve, AI agents will become a key driver of operational efficiency and automation across the business.

    Enhanced project management
