Our vision
To power a thriving IT ecosystem that transforms what's possible for SMBs.
Our mission
We empower IT solution providers with unmatched software, services, and community to achieve their most ambitious vision of success.
ConnectWise and its family of brands — including but not limited to IT Nation, Asio platform, ScreenConnect, and other child brands — have established strong relationships across the industry. We are always honored when partners, sponsors, and ecosystem collaborators showcase those relationships. To ensure all ConnectWise brands are consistently and appropriately represented, please follow these guidelines when using any ConnectWise-related brand assets.
When
There are three scenarios in which the ConnectWise master brand or any ConnectWise child brand (e.g., IT Nation, Asio, ScreenConnect) may be used by a third party. In all cases, written approval from ConnectWise is required prior to producing materials with any of our brand assets.
ConnectWise customers (we call them partners):
- Current partners may use the ConnectWise or child brand logos/names in marketing materials (e.g., websites, trade show booths, collateral) to highlight their affiliation and advance their business efforts.
Integrated solution partners:
- Ecosystem solution partners may use ConnectWise or child brand assets to promote integrated products or features.
- If the solution partner is part of the ConnectWise Invent program, the Invent logo must be used instead of the parent ConnectWise logo to signify program membership and the deeper integration level.
Sponsorships and co-branding:
- Third parties with signed sponsorship or co-branding agreements may use ConnectWise or child brand assets as outlined in the agreement.
- When referencing ConnectWise or its child brands at an event, third-party sponsorships may not imply ConnectWise is conducting, sponsoring, or otherwise associated with the event, training, or seminar without explicit prior written approval.
Important:
Regardless of the scenario, the scope and nature of the partnership must be made clear. ConnectWise and its child brands are not sellers or co-sellers in these contexts. Our role is that of a partner, sponsor, or featured company, not necessarily an endorser of the deliverable or content.
How
When applying ConnectWise or any child brand in materials, sizing, hierarchy, and consistency are critical to preserving brand integrity.
Sizing and hierarchy:
- Logos for ConnectWise and child brands should be displayed at the same size as equivalent partners, sponsors, or vendors.
- Logos should appear secondary to the primary company’s brand, unless otherwise approved.
Brand compliance:
- Always follow official logo usage guidelines for ConnectWise and each child brand.
- Never alter logos by changing proportions, lockups, positioning, or typefaces.
- Do not adjust colors without prior approval.
Written usage:
- Always keep “ConnectWise” tied to product and child brand names (e.g., ConnectWise ScreenConnect, ConnectWise Asio) in copy.
- Do not abbreviate or separate product names from the parent brand.
Brand integrity:
The ConnectWise master brand, child brand logos, company name(s), and/or the owl icon may not be used in any context that could harm the brand’s reputation. Prohibited associations include, but are not limited to:
- Excessive drinking or substance abuse
- Crass, offensive, or derogatory humor
- Sexual, violent, or illegal activities
