ConnectWise Receives High Marks on CRN’s 2016 Annual Report Card
Technology solution providers recognize ConnectWise as a best-in-class channel provider of business management solutions
TAMPA, Fla., August 22, 2016 — ConnectWise, a company that transforms how technology solution providers successfully build, manage and grow their businesses, today announced it once again earned high marks in the Managed Services category of the The Channel Company’s CRN® 2016 Annual Report Card (ARC). ConnectWise won in two sub-categories: product innovation and support.

The Annual Report Card summarizes results from a comprehensive survey that details solution provider satisfaction across product innovation, support and partnership for hardware, services and software vendors. This year’s group of honorees was selected from the results of an in-depth, invitation-only survey by The Channel Company’s research team. More than 2,840 solution providers were asked to evaluate their satisfaction with 80 vendor partners in 24 major product categories. The winners will be honored throughout The Channel Company’s XChange 2016 conference, taking place August 21-23 in San Antonio, Texas.
ConnectWise unveiled several new products this year, including CloudConsole™, a cloud service management, monitoring and billing tool that is built into ConnectWise. In July, the company announced CloudConsole also will provide full support for Microsoft Azure. Another new solution offering the company added this year is CampaignDirector™, a tool which allows technology solution providers to create and manage multiple marketing campaigns inside of ConnectWise.
Robert Faletra, CEO of The Channel Company, said CRN’s ARC gives solution providers a unique opportunity to evaluate vendors’ products and provide detailed feedback on their real-world experience working in the field as partners with those technology companies. This gives technology vendors valuable, actionable feedback on channel satisfaction levels across multiple facets of their partnerships.
