ConnectWise Awarded Business Management Platform Contract with Solar Communications
Newest UK Partner Adds to Expanding ConnectWise International Presence
LONDON, May 17, 2016 – ConnectWise announced today its selection to provide UK-based Solar Communications with a unified business management software solution. ConnectWise will provide Solar with a fully integrated, centralised business management platform that gives Solar team members access to company information via a single system.
“Solar is a rapidly growing business communications solution provider that saw an opportunity to consolidate its business systems under a single solution to improve day-to-day operations,” said David Bellini, President and Managing Director of ConnectWise International. “We look forward to providing all of Solar’s 125 users full visibility across its operations, improved customer service capabilities, and a means to grow the company’s profitability.”
ConnectWise is a company that transforms how technology solution providers successfully build, manage, and grow their businesses. The ConnectWise business management platform is an end-to-end solution that links CRM, help desk and customer service, sales, marketing, project management, finance and billing, and business process automation tools. The platform is part of the ConnectWise Business Suite, a comprehensive set of solutions for technology solution providers that also includes LabTech, ScreenConnect, and Quosal.
John Whitty, CEO of Solar Communications, said ConnectWise stood above the competition for reasons far beyond its ability to centralise services for the entire Solar business team, including those in sales, finance and administration, delivery management and project management, customer support, engineering, and product management.
He said: “ConnectWise won the contract because of its stellar response to a 400-item questionnaire; its extensive and supportive community, which I experienced firsthand when attending IT Nation last November in Orlando; and the responsiveness of the ConnectWise team in London.
“We want to deliver the best service possible to our customers and prospects, especially as we look to broaden our portfolio of offerings,” Whitty said. “The improved efficiency that will come with the ConnectWise platform—as well as its ability to provide extensive, understandable, and actionable business intelligence—will serve as the foundation of a Solar company culture that strives for the highest levels of customer satisfaction.”
