Arnie Bellini of ConnectWise Recognized on CRN’s List of Top 100 Executives
Bellini also selected as one of the IT channel’s Top 25 Innovators
TAMPA, Fla., Aug. 7, 2018 – ConnectWise announced today that CRN, a brand of The Channel Company, has named CEO Arnie Bellini to its 2018 list of Top 100 Executives and designated him one of the industry’s Top 25 Innovators. The annual Top 100 list recognizes leaders from the technology industry who have played an integral role in shaping today’s IT channel, whether by driving huge cultural shifts, creating rich new opportunities or forging innovative routes to success. This is the second year in a row that Bellini has been included on the Top 100 Executives list.
Bellini, who started ConnectWise more than 30 years ago, said he is honored to once again be included on CRN’s list and that the additional designation as one of the channel’s Top 25 Innovators is especially gratifying.
“One reason for the longevity of ConnectWise in a constantly and rapidly changing IT ecosystem is our commitment to breathe and value innovation,” he said. “This innovative mindset is deeply ingrained throughout the organization, and ConnectWise colleagues are encouraged to believe that anything is possible and to strive to put their ideas into action. I humbly accept this CRN honor on behalf of everyone at ConnectWise whose relentless pursuit of creating the best software and whose commitment to partner success serves as the foundation of our success.”
As CEO of ConnectWise, Bellini serves as the chief visionary behind the growth and creation of the ConnectWise business management platform as well as The IT Nation, a community of peers, thought leaders and IT experts. In 2014, he won the Ernst & Young Entrepreneur of the Year award for Florida in the technology category. Bellini also was named to CRN’s 2016 Channel Chiefs list, whose recipients are chosen based on their professional achievements, standing in the industry, dedication to the channel partner community, and strategies for driving future growth and innovation.
“Visionary and strategic leadership can make the difference between just surviving and actually excelling in this period of disruptive change for the IT channel,” said Bob Skelley, CEO, The Channel Company. “In order for technology suppliers and solution providers to thrive and stay ahead of the competition, they need leaders who are able to envision both the future of the channel and the role their organization needs to play in order to create that reality. CRN’s 2018 Top 100 Executives embody these qualities. They are change agents who deliver unwavering guidance to their companies, always asking where are we headed and not being afraid to take the necessary steps to get there.”
