About the ARC Awards Program
The Channel Company’s CRN 2016 Annual Report Card is based on a comprehensive survey that captures technology solution provider (TSP) satisfaction in product innovation, support, and partnership categories for hardware, software, and service vendors.
The survey is extended by invitation only, and this year was completed by over 2,800 TSPs who were asked to evaluate 80 vendor partners in 24 major product categories. Within these categories, ConnectWise was ranked first in managed services category, and also placed first in the product innovation and support sub-categories.
2016: A year of product innovation
We’re always at work enhancing and developing our core solutions within the ConnectWise® suite of solutions to ensure we’re providing the most effective, brain friendly solutions on the market. This year, we’ve also been working on adding even more game-changing solutions to our offering.
Earlier this year, we unveiled several new products including ConnectWise® CloudConsole™, the first of its kind solution that fully supports service management, monitoring, and billing of Microsoft® Office 365™ and Microsoft® Azure™.
ConnectWise® Campaign™, a solution designed to help TSPs create, manage, and gather metrics on multiple marketing campaigns, all centrally housed within ConnectWise Manage®, also joined the family in 2016.
Awards and recognition like this are an awesome way to validate our efforts with outside opinions from business owners like you. But at our core, we’re not in it for the accolades.
