Serving more than 1,000 customers and 25,000 endpoints, Jason Bowra, SVP, Managed Services, is excited for what the future holds.

There are several ways to get the message out, but ConnectWise provides a big assist through the Partner Program.

“We leverage the MDF (Marketing Development Funds) and marketing resources from ConnectWise. These resources have been instrumental in hosting successful events and webinars, fostering growth in our cybersecurity business.”

But, Bowra says there’s strength in numbers.

“We only have one marketing person in-house. So, we rely on the ConnectWise team to give us advice, provide resources; and to help us scale. To be honest, we view the ConnectWise Partner Program as an extension of our team.”

Other key benefits in the program include the integration of GlassHive, a tool used to drive deeper customer engagement and access to ConnectWise University. The Secur-Serv team is taking advantage of the tools to get even more lift.

They are leveraging ConnectWise University to educate, train and stay ahead.

“We are training our sales team about cybersecurity products and industry trends. This training really equips our sales colleagues with the knowledge needed to effectively promote and sell our security solutions.”

Glasshive also helps Secur-Serv to generate new leads.

There is an additional layer of support that Bowra recommends to all partners that The IT Nation plays a vital role in their business.

“I’ve been to ten or more IT Nation events, including both IT Nation Secure and IT Nation Connect. The events have so much to offer. I think networking is the biggest thing for me and our organization. But there is so much to do and see. The content, keynote speakers, thought-leadership sessions and vendors – it keeps us in front of everything happening in the industry.”
