“ConnectWise already has a fantastic product [PSA] that manages projects. Moovila offers a native integration to improve on the capabilities of ConnectWise Project module,” he continues, “I think MSPs in general suffer in the project management space from stale data associated with their project, inaccurate or incomplete data. Our white box AI helps MSPs avoid that data quality problem. What we bring to the table is visibility and action to activate the data.”
“Of course, we could have just supported Partners individually --- that was one way to do it. But that would take much longer; and would introduce errors and issues in the process. ConnectWise gave us the support we needed, along with the platform to reach a broader audience of prospective customers.”
Artificial Intelligence (AI) has arrived.
And it’s here to stay.
With AI gaining in velocity, many companies have tinkered with it. Some have adopted it and are using it to eliminate repetitive tasks, automate processes; and to gain quick wins.
Founded in 2016 to meet the demands of the newly shaping modern workplace, Moovila was created. After seeing a gap in work automation, Mike [Psenka] and his team developed the first autonomous work and project management solution. The Moovila solution would enable and power businesses to realize the full benefit of an AI solution.
Vince Jajuga, Vice President of Sales, has been flying the Moovila flag for more than six years now. Although, he’s no stranger to the great mind of Psenka as they’ve worked together over the last twenty years in some other endeavors.
“Mike [Psenka] started the company about a decade ago, with the idea of innovating in project and resource management. There really hadn’t been any kind of innovation since the Gantt Chart [in quite a while] so we’ve put together some amazing innovations around quality of project health scores, automation; and using white box AI. Our priority was to help people to get help with and get answers to questions that are difficult to come by,” says Jajuga.
Moovila was keen on a brand alignment with ConnectWise, the world’s leading software company dedicated to the success of IT solution providers. They joined the Invent vendor program not only to create a relationship with the brand but also to establish a position in the marketplace as a secure, reliable and trustworthy integration .
“We’ve gained a number of ConnectWise partners through the marketplace, which has been a fantastic way to get our brand out there. While we are not a new company in project and resource management, we are new to the MSP space.” Jajuga explains. “Having the credibility that comes along with ConnectWise has been incredible in building our brand [with MSPs].”
So, what did their solution solve for?
They took the award-winning ConnectWise PSA ---- and enriched the experience. Whoa.
ConnectWise Invent Vendor Program
Through our promise to an open ecosystem, vendor partners are encouraged to integrate with the ConnectWise platform. These integrations are continuously injecting innovation into our ConnectWise platform and moving MSPs forward in an evolving tech landscape.
The ConnectWise Invent program engages vendors at a deeper level to create a higher standard, criteria and a process of checks to certify reliable, trustworthy and secure integrations that meet the needs of the IT Nation, ConnectWise Partners. Invent -certified vendors are more likely to build a deeper pipeline of prospective customers, converting discussions into deals.
“First and foremost, it’s a great program --- especially for MSPs, because you know you can’t be everything to everyone as a solution provider. So, what we deliver, on top of ConnectWise solutions, is extensibility.”
Vendors like Moovila are specialists, subject matter experts [SMEs] in fact, in certain areas. And these niche businesses are key for providing specific solutioning for Partners.
“All we think about is projects and resource management. That intense level of focus can be difficult for a company the size of ConnectWise. Therefore, opening APIs for Partners to get access to best in class solutions is best for everyone involved. So, we jumped right into the certification process, knowing that the support would be critically important. Of course, we could have just supported Partners individually --- that was one way to do it. But that would take much longer; and would introduce errors and issues in the process. ConnectWise gave us the support we needed, along with the platform to reach a broader audience of prospective customers.”
Invent Program Manager, Jess Taveras [ConnectWIse], an industry veteran, understands --- and, more importantly, anticipates the needs of her Partners.
“We have a deep bench of dedicated resources that assist with marketing strategies (webinars, livestreams and blogs) branded visibility (Marketplace banners and position), in-person events (sponsorship opportunities, livestreams, ConnectWise user groups).” says Taveras.
The key to helping vendors realize success is the strength of the collective team [Louie, Davina, Andrea and Sean]. Everyone plays a different role, but together, ConnectWise forms a powerful consultative partner to all Invent vendor partners.
“I don’t know if there are a lot of people out there that are using the [ConnectWise] APIs,” Jajuga explains, “and I think we really put Jess [ConnectWise] through the ringer to get us integrated. But she was a great support and steady contact to help us with the help we needed; and acted as an invaluable liaison between our teams.”
The Invent vendor program provides more than just the tangible resources; it brings the intangible too.
“We receive more than just technical support. The Invent vendor program links us to strategic and marketing resources to help us position our solution successfully. And with the depth of that team, it feels like we get answers on-demand. The dedication, commitment and white glove service [that ConnectWise provides] strengthens our relationship.”
And that relationship is thriving with ConnectWise partners too. Given that they are a certified vendor, Moovila is reaping the benefits. “We are getting a lift in visibility and consideration, which deepens our pipeline. We continue to add new areas of integration. And as the Partners become more aware of the value, we are seeing healthier conversion rates.”
Cheers to that, Vince!
We wish you and the Moovila-Moo Crew continued success.
