Colleague Spotlight: Jessica Holmes

Meet Jessica Holmes, Manager for Partner Care teams in Europe and Asia-Pacific. Jessica has been a vital part of the ConnectWise team for over two years, assisting partners in advancing their transformation journey and resolving complex issues ranging from technical to relationship. She has also played a key role in developing and managing both Partner Care teams, contributing to their growth and success.

Getting started at ConnectWise

What did you do before joining ConnectWise?

Before joining the IT channel, I worked in debt sales—which was as joyous as it sounds—and in an estate agency for a few years before finding myself within the channel and working with managed service providers (MSP).

What different roles have you had with the company?

I have always been in the Partner Care Team as I enjoy problem resolution and working on more complex issues with our partner base and internal teams.

What do you enjoy about working at ConnectWise?

The people! All the teams are approachable, helpful, and have a great culture. Every day is different, and we are always there for each other—highlighting the good in each day.


What’s something about your job that makes you feel accomplished?

I love turning a negative experience or situation into a positive and memorable one for all the right reasons, and knowing that without my involvement, the situation would have been stagnant. The change that we can bring is the partner experience. It’s hands down one of the best things about our role here, alongside our great team and leadership!

What’s something that you want people to know about ConnectWise?

Nobody sets out to give you a bad day or time. Human errors can happen, and we are genuinely here to help as quickly and effectively as humanly possible. We want everyone to be as successful as possible!

What’s a big win that you’re proud of?

Within two and a half years, Partner Care in the UK has grown from just me covering Europe and Asia-Pacific to a team of four due to the huge positive impact our work has! It’s such a great feeling looking back and seeing how far the team has come and how many partners we have helped. I know we will continue to go from success to success.

If you can have any superpower for 24 hours, what would it be and why?

Teleportation. I’d visit all my loved ones around the world in less than a day!

What’s your go-to karaoke song?

No Scrubs by TLC.

What’s one bucket list item you’re looking forward to?

Buying a plot of land with our next house so I can rescue dogs and give my livestock-breed girl the life she deserves. Also, I’d like to give my nervous boy his very own private woodland!
