RCS Professional Services is a full-service IT managed service provider offering IT and cybersecurity solutions, products, and services to small and medium-sized businesses across the United States. RCS develops and maintains the IT infrastructure that’s essential for sustaining—and growing—their clients’ businesses.

What’s a big win that you’re proud of?

Our growth over the past year.

What’s next for you and your business?

We’re excited to expand on our concept of community. We want to continue to create new communities and partnerships with vendors, as well as our employees so we can keep providing superior solutions that are more than just technology. We want to be a strong partner for our clients to grow their businesses.

We are also rolling out new tools and automation so our techs can respond to tickets quicker and easier, making for a better service experience for our clients.

Finally, we are continuing to work on our culture, applying our “secret sauce” to our recruitment and talent acquisition strategy so we can recruit the best in the industry and retain them. We are also continuing to build and expand on new and existing networking initiatives like beginning a new in-person networking community in South Florida.

What do you think is the biggest challenge facing the industry?

The threat of a cybersecurity attack on managed service providers (MSPs) or their clients.

Is there one piece of advice you’d like to share with other IT solution providers?

Don’t quit. Everything lasting takes effort, passion, and persistence—none of which include giving up! Also, reach out to your fellow MSPs and take advantage of the incredible community we have both in ConnectWise and your other partnerships.

What impact has ConnectWise had on your business?

It has helped us run our business smoother and more efficiently than before. We’re now able to easily organize everything and deliver a better service experience to our clients. And finally, we’ve reduced our stress!

What is the biggest benefit of your partnership with ConnectWise?

Besides the products themselves, probably the ConnectWise community. Having so many tools, resources, and peers at our disposal to connect with and learn from, as well as the IT Nation and Evolve events is instrumental in growing our business.
