Gregg Lalle
Senior Vice President, International Sales & Strategy
Gregg Lalle took on the role of Senior Vice President of International Sales and Strategy in 2018 and is responsible for growing ConnectWise’s international business. He has overseen the opening of offices in London and Sydney, and he manages a global staff of almost 100 colleagues. Other positions Gregg has held since joining the company 18 years ago include Director of Channel and International Sales, Worldwide Channel Sales Manager, Channel Sales Manager for the Americas, and Regional Sales Manager. His more than two decades of experience in the technology arena also include time working for Information Builders and ADP. Gregg, who earned a bachelor’s degree in economics from Penn State University, enjoys traveling, live music, sports, and photography during his free time.

April Taylor
Vice President, ConnectWise Manage
April Taylor began her career at ConnectWise in January 2006 as an Implementation and Support Consultant. She quickly became a Sales Executive and then served as the Sales Support Manager, where she supported and managed the sales engineering team and internal projects/initiatives for the sales team.
Today, April has more than 14 years of experience in the industry. She currently serves as the Vice President of ConnectWise Manage and is focused on ensuring partners’ voices are heard throughout the entire development process. She manages the product lifecycle and software development lifecycle of ConnectWise Manage, and leads product management programs, including the Partner Innovation Network (PIN).
April’s industry honors include being named a CRN Channel Chief (2015), selection as one of CRN's Women of the Channel (2017 and 2018) and inclusion on the MSPMentor 250 list (2014).
She earned an MBA from the University of South Florida, and is a certified Scrum Master and a Certified Leader in StratOp Management.
In her free time, April enjoys international travel, scuba diving, hiking and baking.

Brad Schow
Vice President, Consulting Services
Brad Schow is the VP of Consulting Services for ConnectWise. Prior to joining the ConnectWise staff, Schow has served as a peer coach and business consultant at HTG for more than five years. Before joining HTG, he spent 20 years growing a solutions and managed service provider business. His path of technician, service leader, operations leader, president and partner has given him a unique perspective that allows him to relate to a broad spectrum of business challenges. He credits much of the success to the peer group experience and the relationships that grew out of HTG. He loves investing in people, thinking ahead, building teams and helping others find success.

Arlin Sorenson
Vice President, Brand and Ecosystem Evangelism
As Vice President of Brand and Ecosystem Evangelism, Arlin Sorensen is responsible for leading the brand advocacy strategy for ConnectWise, while serving as a thought leader to the IT services community. In his role, Arlin contributes to peer group strategies, platform development, and is an ambassador to the ConnectWise strategy.
Arlin has more than 30 years of experience in the IT world and is widely recognized for his contribution to partners on their entrepreneurial journey. He continues to assist IT Nation members with their business and personal growth, while helping them achieve their overall goals.
Arlin’s technology career began with the launch of his own managed service provider company. He joined the ConnectWise team after HTG Peer Groups, an organization he founded in 2000, now known as IT Nation Evolve was acquired in January 2018. When not traveling to speak and consult, Arlin, who earned a bachelor’s degree from Iowa State University in farm operations, is at home with his wife Nancy.

Jay Ryerse, CISSP
Vice President, Cybersecurity Initiatives
Jay Ryerse is the vice president of cybersecurity initiatives for ConnectWise. He is responsible for driving cybersecurity initiatives throughout the organization and the MSP market as well as providing education around managing cyber risk for ConnectWise partners and their clients.
Jay brings more than 25 years of experience in cybersecurity, information technology and security solutions to businesses of all sizes to ConnectWise. He began his current role in November 2019 following ConnectWise’s acquisition of Continuum, where he served as chief technology officer of security products. In this role, Jay was responsible for driving education and awareness of cybersecurity issues and products within Continuum’s partner community.
Prior to Continuum, Jay served in a number of leadership positions, including the chief executive officer of CARVIR, a managed cybersecurity firm for MSPs. He also served as vice president and general manager of IT Services at Digitel Corporation after selling his MSP in 2014.
Jay is the author of a self-published book titled “Technology 101 for Business Owners.” He is also the 2014 recipient of MSPmentor.net Industry 250 Executives award and Top 501 MSP’s (#201) recognition.
He is a Certified Information Systems Security Professional (CISSP).
Originally from Ohio, Jay resides in Pennsylvania with his wife. In his free time, Jay plays ice hockey in several adult leagues and has participated in several Sprint Triathlons. He is also an avid traveler and owns a home in southern Spain.

Craig Fulton
SVP, IT Nation + Solution Advisors
As SVP, IT Nation + Solution Advisors, Craig Fulton oversees the support, consulting, and onboarding teams as a unified function to empower ConnectWise partners to succeed in growing their businesses and exceeding their goals. He credits his 20+ years in the technology sector, including time spent as a support desk and field technician, for helping him understand what partners want and need from their business management software.
The 12-year ConnectWise veteran has held a number of positions during his tenure with the company, including Chief Product Officer, senior product manager, business consultant, and system engineer. He also co-created ConnectWise CloudConsole and authored Path to Success, a ConnectWise best practices guide about how to run a successful IT solution provider business. Prior to joining the company, he worked for Accenture as a technology consultant and served five years in the U.S. Marine Corps.
Craig is widely recognized for his contributions to the technology industry. He was named a Channel Partners Top Gun 51 channel executive in 2019, a CRN Channel Chief in 2015 and 2017, and a member of the MSPMentor 250 list in 2014. Craig also holds a number of patents related to chat programs and cloud management technology. He earned his bachelor’s degree in business management from the University of South Florida.
The Ohio native now lives in Clearwater, FL, with his wife Jillian and three sons. When he’s not at work, Craig is spending time with his family, traveling, or working on his cars.

Steve Cochran
Chief Technology Officer
Steve Cochran is currently serving as the Chief Technology Officer (CTO) of ConnectWise, where he is charged with setting the technological course for the company in 2020 and beyond. He is also responsible for assuring a smooth and productive merger between ConnectWise, ITBoost and Continuum, leading all of the technology between the merged organizations and ensuring it is optimized for partners.
Steve started his role in December 2019 and brings more than 30 years of technology industry experience to ConnectWise.
Prior to joining ConnectWise, he served as CTO at Global Healthcare Exchange (GHX), a former Thoma Bravo portfolio company. During his tenure there, Steve architected the strategy, development and migration of the company’s core assets and customers to the AWS public cloud, profoundly transforming GHX. Prior to that, Steve served as vice president of global product management for GXS.
Steve earned a BS in electrical engineering from the University of Kentucky and an MBA from the Crummer Graduate School of Business at Rollins College. In his spare time, Steve enjoys biking, climbing and spending time with family and friends.

Jeff Bishop
EVP & GM, Product Management and Asio Platform
As EVP and General Manager of Product Management and Platform, Jeff Bishop oversees product management and design of the new AsioTM platform at ConnectWise. Jeff’s previous positions include Chief Product Officer, Vice President of Ecosystem, and Vice President of ConnectWise Control (formerly ScreenConnect). Before joining ConnectWise in 2015, Jeff was one of the founders of ScreenConnect, a solution that allows clients’ computers to be remotely controlled for fast, reliable, secure remote support. Jeff also worked for Agilent Technologies, a spin-off from Hewlett-Packard, in various roles including product management, marketing, and engineering.

Brad Surminsky
Chief Financial Officer
Brad Surminsky is the Chief Financial Officer (CFO) for ConnectWise. He is responsible for overseeing accounting, finance, treasury, tax, legal, business operations, facilities and procurement for ConnectWise.
Brad brings more than 25 years of experience working in software, fintech and business services, along with extensive merger and acquisition experience with multiple private equity-backed, public, and private companies. He began his role with ConnectWise in November 2019.
Prior to joining ConnectWise, Brad served as CFO of CentralSquare Technologies, where he was responsible for all general and administrative functions including finance, accounting, treasury and business optimization, and also oversaw several mergers and acquisitions.
Brad has also served as CFO at ACNielsen Canada; divisional CFO at D+H and ADP; and vice president of corporate finance at Unihost Corporation.
Originally from Toronto, Brad received his BS in Commerce and Finance from the University of Toronto and is a licensed CPA and CA with the Chartered Professional Accountants of Ontario. In his free time, Brad enjoys golfing.

Arnie Bellini
Founder and Senior Advisor
Arnie Bellini is one of the original founders and visionaries responsible for the rise of the Managed Service Provider (MSP) industry. He co-founded ConnectWise as an MSP in 1982 and, in 1998, transformed the company’s best practices into an integrated business management platform for technology solutions. Under Arnie’s guidance, ConnectWise has been at the forefront of helping individual MSPs become successful businesses by building recurring revenue around technology services.
Recently, Arnie made the decision to move to an advisory role where he can provide mentorship to new CEO Jason Magee and others, while preparing to pursue new ventures in the technology space. In this new role, Arnie will remain a ConnectWise colleague and report directly to Jason Magee.
Arnie is a certified public accountant who earned a bachelor's degree in accounting from the University of Florida and an MBA from the University of South Florida. He has been selected as a CRN Channel Chief multiple times and, in 2014, won the Ernst & Young Entrepreneur of the Year award for Florida in the technology category.

Jen Locklear
Chief Talent Officer
Jen Locklear is Chief Talent Officer for ConnectWise. She has responsibility for engaging and developing high-performing ConnectWise colleagues, facilitating a professional environment that cultivates dynamic teams obsessed with partner success, and helping individuals grow and meet their career goals.
Prior to joining to ConnectWise in 2016, Jen held leadership positions at WilsonHCG as chief people and culture officer, and at Healthesystems as vice president of human relations.
Jen has earned her Senior Professional in Human Resources (SPHR) and Senior Certified Professional (SCP) certifications as well as a bachelor’s degree from the University of Florida. She has served on the board of directors for Tampa Connection, and was recognized by HR Shield and the Tampa Tribune as one of the top Tampa Bay human resources professionals.
In her spare time, Jen spends time with her husband Jon and their three children in Tampa, Fla. She also has participated in mission trips to Uganda and the Dominican Republic.

Clint Maddox
Chief Revenue Officer
Clint Maddox is Chief Revenue Officer (CRO) for ConnectWise. He has more than 25 years of technology leadership experience, including 15 years in the service provider market. Clint is responsible for accelerating corporate growth, focusing on integrating GTM plans, pipeline management, sales and demand generation process maturity, and talent management. Clint started his role as CRO in December 2019 after serving as a strategic consultant to ConnectWise CEO Jason Magee since July 2019.
Prior to joining ConnectWise, Clint served as vice president of global partners at Broadcom, where he was responsible for building and managing a complete go-to-market strategy for the company’s worldwide partner business, and helping partners solve complex problems for themselves and their customers.
Clint earned his Bachelor of Science in Finance from Auburn University in 1993. He lives in Tampa, Florida with his family and enjoys golfing, hiking and bird hunting.

Geoffrey Willison
Chief Operating Officer
Geoffrey Willison is Chief Operating Officer (COO) for ConnectWise. He is responsible for the Post-Sales activities of the company: Onboarding & Consulting; Partner Education & Communication; service delivery in the NOC, SOC and Help Desk; Product Support; Partner Success and Partner Care; and the industry-leading IT Nation. His teams are committed to helping partners grow and fulfill their business objectives with ConnectWise products, services, and thought leadership.
Geoffrey brings more than 24 years of technology experience, including 10 years as a consultant with Boston Consulting Group (BCG) and Deloitte’s Braxton Associates. He began his role as COO in November 2019 following ConnectWise’s acquisition of Continuum, where he had served as Chief Financial Officer since February 2017. While at Continuum, Geoffrey was responsible for aligning Continuum’s financial planning, strategy and budget with the company’s mission and growth plan.
Prior to Continuum, Geoffrey served in a number of leadership positions, including CEO of Valore, COO and acting CFO at Plastiq, and President of Edvisors.
Geoffrey is also a board member at School the World, a non-profit that fights extreme poverty at its roots by bringing quality education to the world's poorest children.
He received an A.B. cum laude from Dartmouth College and an MBA from the Stanford Graduate School of Business. In his free time, Geoffrey enjoys spending time with his family, golfing and skiing. He currently resides in Boston.

Jason Magee
CEO
With more than 20 years of technology, sales channel management and IT market experience, Jason Magee has spent his career immersed in the world of MSPs and VARs. He joined ConnectWise in 2011 and was named CEO in February 2019, succeeding co-founder Arnie Bellini.
Prior to becoming CEO, Jason served as President and Chief Operating Officer of ConnectWise, overseeing corporate strategy, operations, and procurement, as well as the product, customer success and IT Nation teams. Jason’s track record at ConnectWise includes launching its international expansion into the UK and Australia and its highly successful EcoSystems business. Jason oversaw several key acquisitions, including ScreenConnect -- now known as ConnectWise Control™ -- and HTG Peer Groups, now known as IT Nation Evolve, as well as HashInclude, Sienna Group and an investment in Perch Security.
Before joining ConnectWise, Jason held director-level positions at CA Technologies, managing teams, channel partners, strategic alliances and marketing budgets. There he built and launched industry-leading programs, partner incentives, and vendor initiatives. Earlier on, Jason spent 5 years gaining industry and channel experience at reseller companies Interactive Futures and Global Computers, where he held sales, marketing, and product management positions.
Jason is serving his second consecutive year on CompTIAs board of directors, after joining in February 2018. He grew up in New York and has an MBA from Clarkson University.
