Tell us about your company.

ADNET Technologies, a New Charter Technologies company, is an IT, cloud, and cybersecurity firm dedicated to providing our clients with the IT services they need to achieve their goals efficiently and securely. We strive to be a trusted IT partner for clients and the best place to work for our team. ADNET is headquartered in the Northeast, with multiple offices and clients nationwide.

What’s a big win that you’re proud of?

It’s been a banner year for ADNET in terms of industry recognition. In addition to IT Nation Partner of the Year at WISE Awards, ADNET has been named in multiple regional and global award lists for 2022 and 2023, such as Channel Futures MSP501, CRN’s MSP 500, The Hartford Business Journal’s Best Places to Work in Connecticut (for the 10th consecutive year), Channel E2E’s Top 250 Cloud MSPs, and the Marcum Tech Top 40. We’re incredibly humbled by this recognition year after year, and deeply grateful to our team, peers, and clients for making this possible.

What’s next for you and your business?

We’re laser-focused on growth in 2023. Growing within our local markets, expanding our team and geographic reach, and being able to serve new clients—we’re excited to see what 2023 brings.

About the industry

What do you think is the biggest challenge facing the industry?

Creating sustainable processes and getting the right team in place are huge challenges for managed service providers (MSPs). We’re still seeing a talent shortage, which makes it even more important that you have processes, procedures, and tools in place to deliver your services regardless of the job market. ADNET is incredibly fortunate to have an amazing, dedicated team of experts, but we’re always looking to expand and grow—and that can be challenging if you aren’t reaching the right potential employees or leveraging the best tools.

Is there one piece of advice you’d like to share with other IT solution providers? 

If I could share one piece of advice with other IT solution providers, it would be summed up in one word—culture. At the end of the day, creating a culture of trust, passion, and integrity is the most important thing you can do for your team and your clients. When you have a team that’s willing to go the extra mile, you can make a huge impact.

Tell us a fun fact about you or your company.

I’ve been fortunate enough to live on four continents throughout my life—Europe, South America, North America, and Asia.

What’s a country or state you’d like to visit?

I’ve never been to Antarctica. It’s the one continent I haven’t visited, and I’d love to experience it.

What is one of your bucket list items?

Going to every national park within the 49 accessible states by motorcoach. I’m a big fan of the outdoors, so that sounds like the best of both worlds to me.
