What’s included in the price of registration? Visit our pricing page to learn about the different types of passes we offer. Please note, travel, hotel accommodations, and ground transportation are NOT included in the registration fees for our passes. All pass types receive a login to our virtual platform to access the recorded content on-demand for 90 days after the event.
I only want to attend the Solution Pavilion expo hall. Is this an option? Yes, visit our pricing page for more info on this type of pass.
What is the Ecosystem pass? The Ecosystem pass is an All-Access pass with a twist. With this pass type, you’ll receive a $150 discount on your conference fee by agreeing to set and attend three3 meetings onsite with our vendor partners. As we get closer to the event, you’ll be contacted to schedule these meetings. Should you fail to attend the meetings onsite, the card on file will be charged for the difference.
How can I add a colleague? Additional attendees from your company with an All-Access pass will automatically receive a 20% discount on their registration when added to the primary registrant’s record. There is a button on the final page of registration for this option.
Can I bring my spouse/guest/significant other? Yes, you can add a social guest to your pass for $250, which allows access to the Welcome Reception, IT Nation Celebration, and the Off the Grid Party! There is a button on the final page of registration for this option.
Can I bring my child? Children aren’t encouraged at the receptions and events, with the exception of our Thursday night offsite event when we take over a theme park! You will be able to purchase passes for Thursday night only onsite at our registration desk.
Is there a virtual pass option? Yes, attend live right from your own home with our virtual pass for $129. It includes all keynotes, and 40 select breakout sessions streamed live and available on-demand for 90 days after the conclusion of the event. You’ll also have access to over 100 exhibitors in our virtual solution pavilion.
What meals are included in my registration? For an All-Access pass, dinner is included Wednesday at our Welcome Reception. Breakfast, lunch, and dinner are included on Thursday and Friday at the conference events.
Can I register and not pay for a hotel room? Yes, registration does not include the cost of your hotel room. Feel free to stay anywhere you’d like, but don’t forget that we’ve negotiated special room rates at our conference hotels.
How do I edit my registration? You can change your registration details, add additional colleagues or guests, add pre-day workshops, and more by logging back in with your confirmation number and the email address you used during registration. Your confirmation is provided in the email confirmation you should receive after registering. Make sure to check your junk or “other” folders because they often end up there.
Cancellation Policy If you are no longer able to attend the event, you may cancel your registration until October 13 for a full refund. After that time, no refunds will be permitted. Virtual passes are non-refundable. If the event is canceled by ConnectWise, registrants will receive a full refund. Pass transfers are accepted up until the start of the event and may be done by emailing us.
