What is IT Nation Secure? IT Nation Secure is the IT industry’s must-attend cybersecurity event to help you reduce risk, transform your business, and streamline service delivery of cybersecurity solutions for your clients.
When and where is IT Nation Secure? We’re hosting IT Nation Secure in Orlando, FL, June 3-5, 2024, at the Gaylord Palms Resort & Convention Center.
Is IT Nation Secure offered virtually this year? No. IT Nation Secure is only offered in person this year. If you want a virtual option, we plan to offer in-person and virtual cybersecurity training at IT Nation Connect in November 2023.
Who should attend? Sessions and content are designed for various roles in your organization. Depending on your goals, you may wish to bring your leadership team, service or operations managers, sales or service team, and of course, security pros. We recommend setting goals to help you select attendees.
What is the difference between IT Nation Secure and IT Nation Connect?
- IT Nation Secure dives deep into cybersecurity for IT service providers and is a mix of technical and business-driven content.
- IT Nation Connect has content geared towards business growth and leadership roles and offers training on how to drive your business goals forward.
I’m not a ConnectWise partner (customer); can I still attend? Yes. IT Nation Secure is for everyone in the IT industry who wants to dive deep into cybersecurity. This must-attend conference is your chance to learn from ecosystem and vendor thought leaders, cybersecurity industry experts, ConnectWise partners, and more. Cybersecurity is more relevant than ever, and IT Nation Secure is the best place for TSPs to gain the security knowledge needed to navigate the ever-changing industry.
I only want to attend the Solution Pavilion expo hall. Is this an option? No, we only have All-Access passes and social guest passes available. Review pass options here.
What is the dress code for IT Nation Secure? IT Nation Secure is a casual conference. Think slacks, company polos, and comfortable shoes for walking between sessions.

How much does it cost? We are offering multiple pass options. Click here to see our different pass types and what each pass includes!
When does early bird pricing end? Early bird pricing ends on April 26, 2024, 11:59pm ET.
Are there discounts for multiple attendees from my company? Yes! When you add attendees to an existing All-Access pass, you’ll receive a 20% discount for each additional attendee. If you plan to register more than five attendees from your company, please reach out to NationsEvents@ConnectWise.com for more saving options.
Which meals are included in my registration?
- Monday: Heavy hors d'oeuvres at our Welcome Reception
- Tuesday: Breakfast, lunch, and dinner
- Wednesday: Breakfast, lunch, and dinner
Can I bring my spouse/guest/significant other? Yes, we are currently offering a social guest pass add-on for $325/person, which includes access to the Welcome Reception, Pub Crawl, IT Nation Celebration, and closing parties. It can be added to an All-Access pass in the registration process. This pass does not include breakfasts or lunches.
Can I bring my child? With the exception of some off-site events, such as those held at theme parks, all IT Nation attendees and guests should be 21+.
What is the cancellation policy? We understand the uncertainty surrounding attendance of future events, and we want to support you in your personal and professional journey as best we can. That’s why we’re offering a 100% refund through May 23, 2024, on passes. After that time, cancellations won’t be accepted. However, you can always switch your registration to send someone in your place.
How do I edit my registration? You can change your registration details, add additional colleagues or guests, add pre-event workshops, and more by logging back in via your registration email with your confirmation number and the email address you used during registration. Your confirmation is provided in the email you’ll receive after registering. Make sure to check your junk or “other” folders because they often end up there.
How can I switch my registration to someone else? To swap attendees, email NationsEvents@ConnectWise.com with the following information:
- Current attendee name
- New attendee name
- New email
- New job title
- New cell number
- New emergency contact name and number
When should I travel? IT Nation Secure kicks off on Monday, June 3, at 5:00pm ET and wraps up on Wednesday, June 5, at 8:30pm ET. There are some optional pre-event workshops prior to the kick-off that you may want to attend. We recommend arriving Monday morning or anytime on Sunday and leaving on Thursday.
Where is the hotel and how do I access the special room rates? Our event hotel is the beautiful Gaylord Palms Resort & Convention Center. Links for booking rooms in our discounted block will be included in your registration confirmation emails and other post-registration communication.
Who can assist me in modifying or changing my room reservation? After you have registered and booked your room through our special room rate link, any modifications to your hotel room must be done directly with the Gaylord Palms. Reach them at 407.586.0000 during normal business hours.
Where can I find the breakout sessions? When finalized, the breakout session schedule will be posted on our website and available in our mobile app when that launches. There are ten rounds of breakout sessions that will cover cybersecurity training from experts in the industry.
Will breakout sessions be recorded? A small number of keynotes and sessions will be recorded but most will not.
How do I pre-register for sessions? No session registration needed! Except for the optional pre-event workshops, which you select during registration, all other sessions are on a first-come, first-served basis. We recommend planning the sessions you would like to attend in advance to make sure you arrive in time to get a seat.
What procedures are being put in place for COVID-19 safety precautions? Safety is our priority, and we will be remaining flexible and following recommended guidelines at the time of the event. Click here for more information on these policies.
What kind of networking can I expect? You can expect fun and safe networking events throughout IT Nation Secure this year. Our featured events are the Welcome Reception on Monday evening, our Tuesday night Solutions Pavilion Pub Crawl and IT Nation Celebration on Tuesday evening, and finally our closing party on Wednesday evening. We also offer a variety of smaller networking opportunities throughout the conference. You’ll have no problem finding like-minded people to network with!
Will there be a mobile app for the event? Yes! The mobile app is essential to navigating your experience at IT Nation Secure. It will be available for download in your app store and instructions will be sent out in your “Know Before You Go” email.
