IT Nation Connect Asia-Pacific is the largest gathering of IT solution providers in the region. Attendees will have the opportunity to learn in a collaborative and engaging setting where they can discuss a variety of business topics in an open and inviting setting. You’ll engage with and learn from thought leaders and like-minded peers whether you are in cybersecurity, sales, operations, finance, or service delivery.

Solution Partner Exhibitor Portal
We use the Cvent Exhibitor Portal to help you stay on top of your sponsorship deliverables. Within this portal is a list of tasks with due dates, which will be your deliverable checklist. You can drill into each task to view more details.
This is also where to register your exhibiting staff and purchase LeadCapture licenses (see below) to collect leads at the event. If you have already set up your Exhibitor Portal account through the welcome email invite, you can log in now. Important note: If you’ve already set up your portal, please do not click “Add your company.” This will create a duplicate account instead of giving you access to your existing account. If you forgot your password, please click “Forgot?”

Capturing leads
We use Cvent LeadCapture to capture leads. Diamond and Platinum Exhibitors have bring-your-own-device LeadCapture licenses included with their sponsorship. This license allows you to scan attendee badges on personal devices [iOS (12+) and Android (5.1+) devices supported] through the Cvent App. If you are a Gold Exhibitor or need more licenses, directions for purchasing licenses are on your task list in the Exhibitor Portal. Please note that you can only purchase app licenses to be used on your existing personal devices. Within the portal, you can also customize your LeadCapture questions.
Staff registration
Your task list includes directions for registering your staff. Exhibitors cannot register through the main event website—you must use the exhibitor portal.
Conference agenda
Your registration includes access to all breakout sessions, keynotes, networking activities, and parties.
Hotel
Don’t miss out on staying on-site at the event! Be sure to book your hotel rooms through our block as soon as possible—once the block is full, no additional rooms will be added.
Solutions Pavilion
This is a table-top exposition. All Sponsors will receive a standard size table with 2 chairs, wireless connectivity, and standard electric connection. Sponsors to provide own signage at their table.
