With more than 20 years of technology, sales channel management and IT market experience, Jason Magee has spent his career immersed in the world of MSPs and VARs. He joined ConnectWise in 2011 and was named CEO in February 2019, succeeding co-founder Arnie Bellini.
Before joining ConnectWise, Jason held director-level positions at CA Technologies, managing teams, channel partners, strategic alliances and marketing budgets. There he built and launched industry-leading programs, partner incentives, and vendor initiatives. Earlier on, Jason spent 5 years gaining industry and channel experience at reseller companies Interactive Futures and Global Computers, where he held sales, marketing, and product management positions.
In 2021, Jason was recognized on CRN's Top 100 Executives List. He has served on the board of directors at CompTIA since 2018. Jason grew up in New York and has an MBA from Clarkson University.
Alan Komet is the Executive Vice President of Business Operations and Programs for ConnectWise. He is responsible for improving the efficiency of the sales, marketing, and service delivery functions, the ConnectWise Partner Program, and the industry-leading IT Nation community.
Alan has over 25 years of hi-tech experience in companies ranging from privately owned start-ups to small-cap public companies to Fortune 500® enterprises. Before joining ConnectWise, he was responsible for field operations at Progress Software, delivering 17 consecutive quarters of overachievement.
Before Progress Software, Alan served as an executive at Check Point Software Technologies, driving new customer acquisition through inside sales and delivering through channel partners. He initiated the customer success function at the company, increasing gross and net retention during his tenure.
Alan also served as an EVP at FalconStor Software, General Manager at Continuity Software, and COO at Zoomin Software. He also spent over a decade at CA Technologies in various management roles.
He holds a degree in marketing from Touro College in Israel.
Angus has over 20 years of experience in B2B software marketing and sales, specializing in accelerating sales velocity through product and distribution flywheels and helping build phenomenal teams. Angus is currently an instructor with CompTIA and previously was Partner and CMO at Chief Outsiders and CRO at Axcient, where he managed sales, marketing, and partner success. Before Axcient, Angus was EVP of Marketing at Convercent (now OneTrust), CMO at insightsoftware, and VP of Product Marketing at public company Spirent. When Angus isn’t marketing, he’s outdoors or spending time with family.
Josh Poe serves as Chief Legal Officer and is responsible for all legal matters relating to ConnectWise’s business operations. Josh began his career in private practice specializing in commercial litigation, and he brings more than 20 years of legal experience and expertise to ConnectWise. Before joining ConnectWise, Josh served as Vice President and Senior Counsel for CA Technologies, a global software company. He was responsible for negotiating complex IP licensing and services agreements, software development and distribution agreements, and general legal guidance impacting business operations. Josh also served as Senior Counsel for Danka Office Imaging Company, one of the world’s largest independent distributors of office imaging equipment, software, support, and related services. Josh received a Bachelor of Arts degree in history, with honors, from the University of Florida and a Juris Doctor degree from Loyola University.
Kisha Thompson is the Chief People Officer at ConnectWise with a robust background in training and development, talent acquisition, HR operations management, and employee relations.
Before joining ConnectWise, Thompson served as the Chief People Officer of ClickDimensions, a global software company, and held the VP of Human Resources position at Healthmap Solutions, where she utilized advanced technology to improve the lives of individuals with kidney disease.
Thompson holds a degree from the University of Florida and has over 15 years of experience in various HR functions. Her passion for creating inclusive workplace cultures aligns seamlessly with ConnectWise values, making her an excellent addition to the executive leadership team.
Thompson is based in the ConnectWise Tampa headquarters office and directly reports to the CEO, overseeing all global HR teams. Her leadership and expertise are poised to significantly impact the company and its employees as they continue to strive for excellence.
Ameer is a dynamic and seasoned executive who brings over 25 years of experience working for some of the biggest brands in consumer electronics and cybersecurity. Most recently, he joins us from Absolute Software, where he was EVP of Product Management, leading the company's product vision, strategy, roadmap, marketing, and user experiences. With over two decades of experience in M&A, business development, engineering, product innovation, product management, and marketing, he's delivered world-class enterprise and consumer products by focusing on product-led growth and operational excellence. Ameer has held several GM & executive roles with Symantec, HP, and early-stage startups in Silicon Valley.
Jake Varghese is EVP and General Manager for ConnectWise. He is responsible for the Business Management Suite of Products at ConnectWise which includes Professional Service Automation software, Quote, and Proposal Automation Software, KPI’s dashboards and reporting software, and Centralized IT documentation software. His teams are committed to helping partners grow their operational maturity and fulfill their business objectives using the ConnectWise Business Management suite of products
Jake is a seasoned Product Executive and General Manager with over 20 years of cross-functional leadership experience. He has successfully led and delivered partner-focused innovation resulting in hyper-growth at leading companies such as ServiceNow, Microsoft, and Tanium. He has also previously co-founded and served as CTO for a successful startup: Optio3, an AI-powered, cloud-based operations management solution that provides visibility into connected IoT. Jake has deep technology and business expertise in all areas of Software as a Service (SaaS), with an emphasis on digital transformation and modernization of IT Systems including Service, Operations, and Business Management.
Jake has a Bachelor’s degree and a Master’s degree in Computer Engineering and an MBA from The University of Chicago Booth School of Business.
As EVP and General Manager of Unified Monitoring & Management and Asio Platform, Jeff Bishop oversees product management and design of the new AsioTM platform at ConnectWise. Jeff’s previous positions include Chief Product Officer, Vice President of Ecosystem, and Vice President of ConnectWise Control (formerly ScreenConnect). Before joining ConnectWise in 2015, Jeff was one of the founders of ScreenConnect, a solution that allows clients’ computers to be remotely controlled for fast, reliable, secure remote support. Jeff also worked for Agilent Technologies, a spin-off from Hewlett-Packard, in various roles including product management, marketing, and engineering.
Patrick is a cybersecurity executive focused on leading global cyber operations. Patrick has more than 20 years of operational duties in information security, spanning the commercial, federal civilian, defense, law enforcement, and intelligence communities. Most recently, Patrick served as Cognizant Technology’s Global Cyber Operations Executive, where he led a team of more than 150 personnel operating across five countries. Prior to Cognizant, Patrick led cyber operations for AIG, Booz Allen Hamilton, Amazon Web Services, and Bank of America. In the public sector, Patrick served as the first Deputy Director/Director of Operations at the Department of Homeland Security’s (DHS) National Cybersecurity and Communications Integration Center (NCCIC).
Patrick is a former Army Infantry Non-Commissioned Officer and holds a B.S. in Political Science from Radford University. He also holds a patent for his work developing a new method of leveraging AI models for improving network security.
Raghu Ram Bongula serves as ConnectWise’s Chief Technology Officer (CTO). He was appointed to the position in October 2022, replacing previous industry veteran Steve Cochran, who served in an interim capacity and remains with ConnectWise in an advisory role.
In Raghu’s new role as CTO of ConnectWise, he is responsible for setting the technology course for ConnectWise. This includes leading efforts to build and modernize products and platforms that provide security, flexibility, and scalability, allowing partners to manage operations successfully and deliver services to end users. Raghu brings two decades of leadership focusing on digital/cloud transformation, building new platforms, and modernizing legacy platforms.
Before joining ConnectWise, Raghu served as Senior Vice President of Engineering at Global Payments. He led a team responsible for building new products and platforms to redefine the future of payment technology solutions. In prior roles, Raghu has led multiple teams accountable for migrating various legacy workloads to the cloud, building mobile and web solutions, and delivering APIs and real-time, event-driven solutions for the financial services industry.
Based in Atlanta, GA, he is fluent in three languages: English, Hindi, and Telugu. Raghu holds an MS in Electrical and Computer Engineering from Auburn University, an MBA in Finance and Tech Management from the University of Alabama at Birmingham, and a BS in Electrical and Electronics Engineering from the Jawaharlal Nehru Technological University in Hyderabad.
Todd Hale is the Chief Information Officer of ConnectWise. He is responsible for overseeing data services, business applications and systems, IT Enterprise architecture, internal IT, business transformation, the project management office, and the integration management office for ConnectWise.
Before joining ConnectWise, Todd served as the Executive Vice President and Chief Information Officer of the ODP Corporation, a leading provider of business services, products, and digital workplace technology solutions to small, medium, and enterprise-level businesses.
During his 17-year tenure with ODP, he led a comprehensive modernization of the company’s global technology infrastructure and processes. He was instrumental in developing their supply chain and omnichannel commerce capabilities and successfully executed strategic mergers, acquisitions, and divestitures, including the acquisitions of Office Max and CompuCom and the restructuring of ODP’s International business portfolio.
Hale is a lifelong technology evangelist and an active contributor to and member of the local business community. He was named Palm Beach County “CIO of the Year” in 2015, served as Vice Chair of the Board of Directors for the Boca Raton Chamber of Commerce, and is a regular contributor to several technology-based shared interest groups.
Mr. Hale is a graduate of the University of Arkansas, holding both a Master of Business Administration and Bachelor of Science in Microbiology.
Gregg Lalle is a seasoned sales leader with over 15 years of experience at ConnectWise. Throughout his career, he has demonstrated exceptional expertise in sales, CRM, and go-to-market strategy, contributing significantly to the company's global success.
As Senior Vice President and General Manager of IT Nation, Gregg continues to showcase his unwavering dedication to supporting partner growth and fostering strong partnerships worldwide. His passion for helping businesses thrive and his commitment to the growth of MSPs make him an inspiring leader within the industry.
Geoffrey Willison is Senior Vice President of Finance for ConnectWise. He is responsible for the Post-Sales activities of the company: Onboarding & Consulting; Partner Education & Communication; service delivery in the NOC, SOC and Help Desk; Product Support; Partner Success and Partner Care; and the industry-leading IT Nation. His teams are committed to helping partners grow and fulfill their business objectives with ConnectWise products, services, and thought leadership.
Geoffrey brings more than 24 years of technology experience, including 10 years as a consultant with Boston Consulting Group (BCG) and Deloitte’s Braxton Associates. He began his role as COO in November 2019 following ConnectWise’s acquisition of Continuum, where he had served as Chief Financial Officer since February 2017. While at Continuum, Geoffrey was responsible for aligning Continuum’s financial planning, strategy and budget with the company’s mission and growth plan.
Prior to Continuum, Geoffrey served in a number of leadership positions, including CEO of Valore, COO and acting CFO at Plastiq, and President of Edvisors.
Geoffrey is also a board member at School the World, a non-profit that fights extreme poverty at its roots by bringing quality education to the world's poorest children.
He received an A.B. cum laude from Dartmouth College and an MBA from the Stanford Graduate School of Business. In his free time, Geoffrey enjoys spending time with his family, golfing and skiing. He currently resides in Boston.
Jitendra Pathak is the Senior Vice President of Service Delivery for ConnectWise. He is responsible for leading the service delivery and operations for ConnectWise’s remote monitoring, backup/disaster recovery, and security products in India. He is also responsible for driving transformation of service delivery to enhance partner experiences and efficiency, as well as supporting the automation of services and products.
Jitendra brings more than 20 years of experience in service operations; remote delivery - automation and tools; process and standardization; complex program management; and crisis management. He began his current role in November 2019, following ConnectWise’s acquisition of Continuum, where he served in the same role since 2016.
Prior to Continuum, Jitendra held several leadership roles, including Associate Vice President at Vodafone Shared Services India, and Head of Delivery, Remote Services, at Wipro Limited. .
Jitendra earned his engineering degree from Nagpur University and a post-graduate diploma in business administration from Sardar Patel University in India.
In his spare time, Jitendra enjoys playing cricket and badminton, and traveling to remote rural areas in India. He also serves as a mentor at the Pi Jam Foundation, a non-profit organization working to provide STEM (Science, Technology, Engineering and Mathematics) education and resources to underprivileged children in rural India. Jitendra resides in Pune, India with his wife and daughter.
Kathy Smith is the Philanthropic and Leadership Development Advisor for ConnectWise. She is responsible for managing social responsibility and building communities within the company, and also serves in an advisory role with the company’s Leadership Development Team for current and potential ConnectWise leaders. Kathy assumed her current role in July 2019, rejoining ConnectWise after a brief retirement.
Previously, Kathy served as Senior Vice President of Services and Education at ConnectWise for 10 years where she built a team of more than 100 consultants who provided online educational material, training initiatives, implementations, one-on-one consulting, and much more. She was also responsible for a team of more than 200 colleagues who delivered industry-leading support services to all ConnectWise partners.
Prior to joining ConnectWise, Kathy provided leadership, project management and process improvement to help growing banks and credit unions successfully accomplish their high-risk technology projects. Her professional career spans 35 years and includes positions as senior consultant with Next Step International and director of consulting for Aurum Technology (later acquired by Fidelity National).
In addition to a bachelor’s degree in business administration from Northwest Florida State College, Kathy has earned certifications from the American Institute of Banking. She was also named a CRN Woman of the Channel in 2018 and serves as a Board Member at Computer Mentors.
Kathy lives in Tampa with her husband. She enjoys attending sporting events as well as outdoor activities such as jogging and kayaking.
