What is the format of this year’s IT Nation Explore 2020 and when will it take place?

We will be hosting IT Nation Explore 2020 as a virtual experience Tuesday-Friday, June 23-26, 2020. This virtual experience will deliver the best of the inspiring content with breakout sessions, keynotes, access to ConnectWise colleagues, and more.

If I was registered for IT Nation Explore 2020, do I need to register for IT Nation Explore Virtual?

No. We will be issuing a full refund for your registration fee and converting your in-person pass to a complimentary virtual ticket.

What if I do not wish to attend IT Nation Explore 2020 virtually?

If you do not wish to log on and join us virtually, please use your previous confirmation number and registered email address to cancel your registration. If you have any issues canceling your registration, please email itnexplore@eventconsultantsglobal.com.

Who should attend?

IT Nation Explore is designed for the guys and gals on the front lines—the ones using the ConnectWise platform daily, including Continuum products. From service techs, to operations managers, to sales and marketing, IT Nation Explore offers in-depth product training that is beneficial to all of your internal teams.

Should I attend IT Nation Connect or IT Nation Explore?

IT Nation Explore is where you come to get specific product training, hands-on lab experiences, and in-depth sessions focused on product training. IT Nation Connect, our annual industry conference, has content geared more towards leadership, business growth, and scalability.

What if I am an exhibitor or want to exhibit?

The IT Nation would not be what it is without your partnership and we look forward to creating the best possible outcome for this situation. How much does it cost?

Registration for IT Nation Explore Virtual is FREE!

Will you be refunding IT Nation Explore 2020 conference registration fees, and when?

Yes, all registration fees will be refunded by May 30, 2020. If you paid by credit card, your refund will be sent to the same credit card on file. A credit will post to your account between 7 and 10 business days, depending on the issuing bank. If you do not receive your refund by May 30, 2020, please contact nationsevents@connectwise.com.

Travel & Hotels

Will I be reimbursed for my lost travel and accommodation costs?

If you've booked a room reservation in our room block at the Hilton Bonnet Creek or Waldorf Astoria, please contact the hotel to cancel your reservation. Note: If you booked a hotel outside of the IT Nation Explore official room block, you are responsible for the cancellation of that reservation and any associated costs.

You will need to cancel any other travel related reservations (airfare, rental cars, etc.) separately and are responsible for any associated cancellation/credit fees.

Content & Sessions

How will the content change as a result of being a virtual event?

IT Nation Explore will have more than 50 sessions, both live and in recorded formats.

I was scheduled to host a breakout session – now what?

Our team has reached out to all breakout session speakers with next steps. If you did not receive any communication, please email nationsevents@connectwise.com to follow up.

Can I stream sessions online if I did not register yet for the conference?

All content will be available and free, but you will need to register to gain access.

There are some sessions that were previously on the agenda that are gone now. What happened?

Some sessions have been removed from the IT Nation Explore agenda to optimize the time we have with you virtually to make it as beneficial as possible for you.

When can sessions be viewed online?

Once registered, you will have access to all IT Nation Explore Virtual 2020 during the event dates (June 23-26) as well as for 1 year post-event.

Can I access presentations once the event is over?

Yes. You will use your same login information that you did during the conference dates to access the on-demand content for up to 1 year post-event.

Networking

How do I network at a virtual conference?

IT Nation Explore features virtual networking opportunities that allow attendees to meet or gather with other like-minded attendees based on AI matchmaking technology. Make sure you complete your full profile for the best networking experience possible during the conference dates (June 23-26).

Attendees can schedule virtual face-to-face meetings with each other on a separate page (Connections page). For real-time networking and community building, there are live chat rooms where attendees can learn and grow together.

All session attendees can engage with presenters and other attendees in the session via in-session live chat.

Can I schedule a meeting with an exhibitor or ConnectWise colleague during IT Nation Explore?

Yes! You can set virtual 1:1, face-to-face meetings to learn more about our exhibitors during our dedicated exhibitor & networking time each day or during another time that is mutually available. You can find this functionality in the Networking page, as well as within each exhibitor’s virtual booth. You can also chat live with exhibitors every day of the conference from 3:30pm-4:15pm EST. Visit any exhibitor’s virtual booth during this time and click the “Chat Live” button to be brought to an open virtual video meeting room, where exhibitor representatives will be waiting to chat with you.

In the same way you would schedule a face-to-face meeting with an exhibitor, you can set time to meet with ConnectWise colleagues based on availability.

How long does IT Nation Explore last?

IT Nation Explore will stream LIVE Tuesday, June 23 through Friday, June 26 from 1:00pm-6:00pm EST.

I'm registered, how do I log in?

Our virtual platform will launch on Tuesday, June 23 at 10:00am EST. You'll need both the email you registered with and your registration confirmation number to log in to our virtual platform.

Keep in mind, if you've just registered, there may be a delay of up to 10 minutes before you can log in to the virtual platform.

Where's my confirmation number?

When you registered you should've received an email with your confirmation number. We've also resent these confirmation emails on Monday, June 23. The email might be in your spam folder; check for emails from NationsEvents@ConnectWise.com. If you still can't find it, click here and select Already Registered to have it emailed to you again.

What are the technical requirements to attend IT Nation Explore?

To participate, you need an Internet connection and web browser. For the best viewing experience, we recommend that you join the conference using a supported internet browser (Google Chrome, Edge, Firefox and Safari). You may also log in on your mobile device or tablet. Internet Explorer is no longer a supported browser, please be sure to use a supported browser.

Will the breakout sessions and presentations be available post-event?

Yes, all breakout sessions, keynotes, and on-demand content will be available to you for 1-year post-event! You'll use the same log in credentials to access the on demand and recorded content until June 22, 2021.
