At ConnectWise we pride ourselves in having developed a comprehensive curriculum of training sessions and video modules targeted at the various individuals/work roles within your organization. We are committed to providing you all the tools and resources necessary to successfully implement the ConnectWise Business Suite for optimal performance. It is also imperative that YOU commit the necessary time and resources to this process.

In fact, we are so certain of the results you will receive that we guarantee your satisfaction! If you do not see satisfactory results within 90 days of the date of your signed agreement, we will refund your money.

That’s it! Basically, by agreeing to allow us to assist you with proper implementation and training, and to work with us through any issues that might arise, you qualify for the ConnectWise Satisfaction Guarantee!

1.     On-Premise Partners

ConnectWise will refund any and all costs associated with the product and implementation services when the following criteria are met:

  • The cancellation/refund request is made within 90 days of contract signing
  • An implementation package was purchased through ConnectWise
  • All scheduled implementation and consulting sessions that are part of the Implementation Package have been completed
  • All relevant ConnectWise University training courses have been completed
  • Your account with ConnectWise is in good standing
  • A reasonable attempt has been made to resolve support issues and/or workarounds

2.     Cloud Partners

ConnectWise will refund payments made for ConnectWise Cloud (server charge is non-refundable) when the following criteria are met:

  • The cancellation/refund request is made within 90 days of contract signing
  • All scheduled implementation and consulting sessions that are part of the QuickStart Implementation Package have been completed
  • All relevant ConnectWise University training courses have been completed
  • Your account with ConnectWise Software is in good standing
  • A reasonable attempt has been made to resolve support issues and/or workarounds
