Kipp joined ConnectWise in March 2011. Before ConnectWise, he was assigned to a multi-million dollar team of four financial advisors. With his team, he helped decrease annual turnover by 10%. At ConnectWise, Kipp was involved in the transition and launch of the 24/7 help desk. He also played a key role in the ITIL verification process of ConnectWise. Kipp has a Master’s in Business Administration, with a concentration in Finance and Information Technology. He is a certified Scrum Master per the International Scrum Institute, and he received Dale Carnegie training for High Impact Presentations. He is also ITIL Foundation certified in IT Service Management. Kipp is a big fan of baseball. His favorite team is the Tampa Bay Rays.
