Since joining ConnectWise in 2010, Jessica Jacobs has had a leadership role in support, and is currently senior manager. Her recent accomplishments include creating a mentorship program, and a virtual leadership library to help her team advance with their career goals. Jessica has a Bachelor of Arts in telecommunications from the University of Florida. When she’s not working at ConnectWise, you may find her playing poker!
