Chief Experience Officer, Xcellerate
Jeannine is tasked with optimizing the experience Xcellerate members and partners have with the Xcellerate offering. The mission is to drive excellence around the customer experience while keeping the bar raised as Xcellerate increases membership. Jeannine strives to keep members engaged, connected, and also accountable.
Before joining Xcellerate, Jeannine worked as the Sr. Director, ConnectWise Platform. There, she ensured ConnectWise was a highly customizable application for current and prospective partners, enabling them to extend and build upon it through robust APIs and a comprehensive software development kit (SDK). She was responsible for the strategy and direction of the official ConnectWise vendor program, Invent, cultivating integration partner and vendor relationships, as well as the ConnectWise Marketplace.
Jeannine stepped into the Platform role after five years of successfully positioning Community as a differentiator for ConnectWise in the IT solution provider Channel. While spearheading the Community initiative, Jeannine and her team drove a unique set of feedback conduits via virtual and face-to-face engagements. She transformed IT Nation, the company’s annual customer event to the strongest and most-respected IT Solution Provider event platform. Additionally, Jeannine launched the ConnectWise regional user group, a global face to face networking strategy resulting in unparalleled customer engagement.
Jeannine is a well-known figure in the industry. Her experience spans vendor program development, research analysis, two-tier distribution, and partner profitability within the channel community. Jeannine has been recognized as a CRN Power 100 Women of the Channel five times, named as an MSP Mentor ""Locked in the NOC"" honoree, and included in the SMB PC Magazine SMB150 Power Players.
Jeannine holds a bachelors degree in advertising from the University of Florida.
