David started at ConnectWise in November 2006. Prior to ConnectWise, David worked with Computer Associates, one of the largest software companies in the world.
Since joining ConnectWise, David has worked in Partner Support and Consulting. While in Support, David was able to create processes and build the foundation for the Partner Advocate role, which he then expanded to the ServicePlus offering. While in these areas, David has worked closely with companies of all sizes and built great relationships, while systematically working with partners.
David has a Bachelor’s Degree in Management Information Systems from the University of South Florida. He is also a ConnectWise Certified Professional Administrator and ITIL Certified.
