David joined ConnectWise in July 2012. Before ConnectWise, David was an Adjunct Professor at the University of South Florida in Tampa. He taught several classes in Macroeconomics.
At ConnectWise, David was a founding member of the EU/UK support team. He led training for Tier 1 & 2 Support and Outlook Synchronization. Currently, he is a ConnectWise Manage Business Consultant. He has been a ConnectWise Manage Virtual Administrator, has conducted over 100 implementations of partners of various sizes and complexities, and multiple Business Transformation Audits. He has worked with the ConnectWise Manage Professional Services Team on several ConnectWise-to-ConnectWise Migrations. In addition, he leads the ConnectWise Book Club.
David has a Master of Business - Economics, is a ConnectWise Certified Professional Administrator, and is ITIL Foundation Certified in IT Service Management.
David is also a baseball enthusiast and has umpired amateur baseball since 1995. He has umpired several State and Regional Championship Games. He is married with two boys and proud owner of a Great Dane/Bull named Oliver.
