Danielle joined the ConnectWise team in 2011.
She has a Masters of Business Administration, a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration, and proudly has an ITIL Foundation Certification in IT Service Management.
Danielle started as a Partner Support Consultant, where she closed over 7,000 tickets. In her current role of Partner Support Trainer, she has helped restructure and improve the Partner Support Consultant training program. In addition to this, she was a key contributor in revamping Support's onboarding program - which provides new colleagues a better understanding of ConnectWise culture starting day one.
Danielle loves to play beach volleyball in her spare time.
