Platform Support Manager, ConnectWise
Corey joined ConnectWise in May 2013 as a Support Consultant before transitioning to the Platform Strategy Team. During his tenure on the support team, Corey created a tool connecting to the ConnectWise APIs to help colleagues update timesheets, automatically update tickets, and create marketing groups to improve efficiencies. Heading up the Platform Support team, Corey owns the content within the Developer Network, collaborates with Invent vendors on best in class integration efforts, and also helps resolve API related issues.
Corey utilizes his extensive knowledge of ConnectWise to liaise with our API development team and help guide API creation and enhancements. He has a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Information and Systems from Saint Leo University. When Corey isn’t working, you will typically find him at the race track sliding sideways at 80mph+ or fixing his cars.
