ConnectWise Interactive Workshops

Financial Management Workshop

Wednesday, Nov. 8 | 9:00am - 4:00pm | $450

Finance is the backbone of any organization – strength in this department will protect your company from the ebb and flow of the market. It will also ensure that you know what products or contracts to offer, and what it costs you in the long run.

Are you familiar with the hourly cost of an employee? The cost of a product? Do you know where rates are determined, and how to provide discounts or credits? This workshop is tailored to any member of an organization that is familiar with company financials, but wants to dive deep into the features in ConnectWise Manage. In this interactive workshop, we will discuss and demonstrate pricing schedules, products, credit memos, reporting, and much more! You will leave feeling comfortable with Finance in ConnectWise Manage, and you will be able to successfully analyze your business to strengthen your organization.

Process Automation

Wednesday, Nov. 8 | 9:00am - 4:00pm | $450

Wednesday, Nov. 8 | 9:00am - 4:00pm | $450

Data rules the day. Keying in the right costs, entering in all time, streamlining dispatch, and setting up proper SLAs gives you the right foundation for establishing metrics. With metrics established, measuring success gets easier. This workshop will take advantage of Report Writer to give you a deeper and clearer understanding of your overall performance by creating custom reports. At the end of this workshop, you’ll be ready to start creating and customizing service and finance-based reports to take home and deploy.

A brief introduction to the tool will be given, but participants should have a strong understanding of the organization of data in your system and have already passed Report Writer Fundamentals in ConnectWise University. All participants should have a 201-level understanding of ConnectWise, but can be a Report Writer beginner.

Wednesday, Nov. 8 | 1:00pm – 5:00pm | $399

Low-performing MSPs set pricing based on market prices, and mid-performing MSPs base prices on their known costs, but high-performing MSPs base their prices on the true value of their services to the prospect.

High-performing MSPs are asking for—and getting—2-3 times higher per-seat pricing than low-performing MSPs. This is one way they’re getting to top-quartile profitability according to the Service Leadership Index®.

Once they win the account, they’re engaging in high-value account management, which delivers win/win benefits to the client and the MSP.
