With metrics established, measuring success gets easier. This workshop will take advantage of Report Writer to give you a deeper and clearer understanding of your overall performance by creating custom reports. At the end of this workshop, you’ll be ready to start creating and customizing service and finance-based reports to take home and deploy.

A brief introduction to the tool will be given, but participants should have a strong understanding of the organization of data in your system and have already passed Report Writer Fundamentals in ConnectWise University. All participants should have a 201-level understanding of ConnectWise, but can be a Report Writer beginner.
