Workshops, Labs & Sessions

keyboard_arrow_down What are the pre-conference workshops?

We have two pre-day learning opportunities for our attendees: sponsored workshops and University Day. Both begin on Wednesday, November 7 at 8:00am and neither are included in the price of the conference.

Sponsored workshops are half-day sessions lead by some of our exhibitors. University Day is where you can go for some extra ConnectWise product training.

You can register for both when you register for the conference, or add them on after by logging into the registration system with your email and confirmation number.

keyboard_arrow_down Where can I find the breakout sessions?

We will have almost 200 breakout sessions that will cover partner-driven sessions, thought leadership, and third-party content focused on business best practices and industry success stories. Check back closer to the event for more details!

keyboard_arrow_down What’s the difference between a breakout session and a lab?

A breakout sessions is a theater-style learning experience with 45 minutes of content and 15 minutes of Q&A. A lab is a more hands-on learning experience; expect to bring your computer for a working session.

keyboard_arrow_down Are the sessions recorded?

Yes, most sessions are recorded and will be posted after the conference wraps up.

keyboard_arrow_down Can I register for breakouts and labs ahead of time?

No, all breakouts and labs are first come, first serve. Adding a session to your schedule on the mobile app does not guarantee you a seat!
