Quality and Implementation Manager, Complete I.T.

Dan has worked in the I.T. industry since leaving university in 2004, starting in technical roles for large multinational companies, before moving into IT Managed Services in 2007. Dan joined Complete I.T. in 2012 as part of the Thames Valley team, progressed to manage the Oxford office and then went on to become Quality and Implementation Manger in 2016. Dan’s role is to examine processes and technologies Complete I.T. use to deliver our services, look at where they can be improved and implement the changes so that the service we provide to our clients continuously improves.
