Chief Revenue Officer, Infrascale
Bill Falk is the Chief Revenue Officer, leading the company’s worldwide Sales, Channel, Business Development, and Customer Care operations. Prior to Infrascale, Bill held a variety of leadership positions in high technology companies for over thirty years. Most recently Bill was the Chief Revenue Officer for Datto, a provider of backup, disaster recovery and intelligent business continuity.
Bill also served as EVP, Global Sales for Kaseya, (acquired by Insight Venture Partners), a leading provider of IT service management software, where he was their fifth employee overall and instrumental in designing the company’s original go-to-market strategy that saw revenues increase from zero to $90 million.
His dynamic background includes time spent in the enterprise application software, desktop software, and systems integration space. He has extensive experience working in start-up firms, assisting in their growth and building value.
Earlier in his career Bill helped run several companies, specializing in sales, marketing and business development areas. He has extensive experience building and managing sales teams responsible for selling technology to some of the world’s largest companies. His experience also includes the building of several large reseller channels responsible for significant revenue contribution and market share growth. Bill has participated in many new product launches and has a deep understanding of early adopter sales strategies and processes. Finally, Bill has a broad understanding of business relationships and how they can be structured to improve a company’s position in the marketplace.
