Logo usage and restrictions

Requesting a new logo

Logos are created for products, product offerings, events, services and initiative, and select departments as determined by the Executive Leadership Team. If a new logo is needed, submit your request to CreativeDesign@ConnectWise.com for review.

ConnectWise brand integrity

To maintain the ConnectWise brand’s integrity, our logo, company name, and/or owl icon cannot be included in any items that may reflect poorly on the brand. Such items include, but aren’t limited to, promoting excessive drinking, crass/offensive humor, sex, violence, drug use, or any illegal activities.

Any party that uses ConnectWise's trademarks, service marks, or trade names must comply with the guidelines as stated in this document and applicable state and federal laws of the United States, and/or similar laws of other jurisdictions.

No one may use any reference to being “authorized, certified, or approved,” by ConnectWise or make any representation which might lead someone to believe that they are ConnectWise “authorized, certified, or approved,” or similarly recognized by ConnectWise, without specific written authority from ConnectWise. ConnectWise's trademarks, service marks, and trade names may only be used in conjunction with authentic ConnectWise products. These guidelines do not constitute such written authority. Organizations that provide services such as training, user groups, or consulting may contact the ConnectWise department responsible for these programs for further information.

Logo usage

You may use only approved duplicates of the ConnectWise logo or product logos, directly obtained from ConnectWise, Inc. ConnectWise will not approve the use of substitute materials, or approximations of our designs or materials that do not meet our graphic standards for quality.

Approved, camera-ready copies of our logos are available on request.

We are on the lookout, and we will shut it down.

Do not change any of the colors of the logos

Third-party usage

ConnectWise has built a lot of relationships across the industry, and many of them like to show it off, which is very flattering. While we’re always happy to be featured alongside all of our friends and partners, a few guidelines need to be followed to ensure ConnectWise is appropriately represented across any marketing deliverable.

When

ConnectWise may be featured on a partner’s website, a vendor callout, event signage or promotional material. Whatever the use, the scope and nature of ConnectWise’s participation or partnership must be clear. We are not a seller or co-seller in any form. ConnectWise is a partner, sponsor, or featured company, but we may not necessarily endorse the deliverable or event content.

How

Sizing and hierarchy are key to identifying ConnectWise’s role in any deliverable usage:

- The ConnectWise logo should be the same size as an equivalent partner, sponsor, or vendor

- The ConnectWise logo should be secondary to the primary company

Refer to the ConnectWise Brand Guidelines for detailed logo usage and restrictions

Seminars, Conferences, Meetings, Training, etc.

When conducting an event to promote or provide training for ConnectWise products or when referencing ConnectWise or its products in an event, you may not imply that ConnectWise is conducting, sponsoring, or associated in any way with the seminar, training, or event without specific prior written authorization from ConnectWise.

Your name must appear prominently as the sponsor of the event. Unless otherwise authorized in writing, we require the following disclaimer to appear in printed materials, advertisements and presentations:

“This event/course/seminar/etc. is presented by <sponsoring organization> and is not in any way affiliated with or approved or endorsed by ConnectWise, Inc.”
