ConnectWise International Experiences Record Growth in 2015

Partner Additions, New Product Offerings and Company Merger Contribute to Record-Breaking Year

TAMPA, Fla., February 12, 2016 –– ConnectWise, a company that transforms how technology solution providers successfully build, manage and grow their businesses, announced record-breaking growth in key areas of its international business in 2015.

“Overall, our 2015 international sales performance exceeded expectations,” said Adam Slutskin, Chief Revenue Officer of ConnectWise. “It has become clear that the appetite for ConnectWise, Quosal, LabTech and ScreenConnect is rapidly building and is an important element of our corporate growth.”

In the United Kingdom, purchases of LabTech grew more than 50 percent year over year, while combined purchases of additional add-on products within the ConnectWise business suite increased by over 60 percent.

The company’s U.S. business also exceeded expectations in 2015 with double-digit revenue and partner growth.

“Not only did we experience an all-time high for new partner/customer creation in a single year, but this upward trend has continued into 2016,” said Slutskin. “Combined sales for all our products continue to rise.”

The company credits its ongoing success in part to new tools for its platform, the consolidation of the ConnectWise products under a single brand and the unparalleled support of its partner community.

New tools added in 2015 to the ConnectWise Business Suite – a combined offering of solutions that includes ConnectWise, LabTech, Quosal and ScreenConnect – included:

  • ConnectWise CloudConsole™, a cloud service management, monitoring and billing tool that enables technology solution providers to remain proactive in managing their systems when moving to the cloud;
  • ConnectWise CampaignDirector™, a marketing automation tool that allows users to create integrated marketing campaigns that automatically pass qualified leads to sales, while utilizing backend analytics to track campaign success; and
  • UserCentric™, a billing solution that automatically populates and updates company contacts to streamline and make billing by user easier and more efficient.

ConnectWise also announced in November that it had completed a merger to combine ConnectWise, LabTech and Quosal into a single ConnectWise company and brand. Slutskin said the new organizational structure gives the company even more opportunity to provide its partners with world-class support.
