Reimagined user interface

From the moment you log in to the 2015.1 release, you’ll discover an improved look and feel that makes this new interface more intuitive:

  • Find what you need more quickly and with greater ease, thanks to a reorganized Left Menu Bar that groups modules together by similar processes and functions.
  • Use the new Top Navigation Bar to access key information and functions even faster.
  • A new ‘Recents’ Dropdown in the Top Navigation Bar displays your 30 most recently accessed items.
Enhanced usability

You’ll notice right away that it’s even easier to get things done in 2015.1, because we’ve strived for simplicity, ease of use and high functionality.

  • ConnectWise Manage Central will help you achieve maximum efficiency by providing direct links to important materials within the application.
More automation

New automation features will help you set those routine tasks on auto-pilot, so you can move on to tackle bigger challenges.

  • The improved Email Connector can strip off email attachments and automatically post them as documents on the service ticket. You also have the ability to create contacts, add CC's to the ticket and even flag email responses to go to the Internal Analysis.
Reporting made simple

The 2015.1 release contains reporting enhancements to keep you on top of sales performance, so you can make better-informed decisions.

  • Boost sales effectiveness with an enhanced Sales Dashboard that lets you see sales KPIs at a glance by reviewing the Percent to Quota, Opportunity & Activity KPIs, and last 12 Months Revenue Activity Points dashboards! Review the Sales KPIs by Sales Representative and drill into specific records for more details.
