At ConnectWise, we’re committed to bringing together the best and brightest to foster a sense of collaboration and community. One of the ways we create this engagement is with our quarterly user groups, which are an integral part of everything that’s new in our community, The IT Nation.

We host these one-day, regional events every quarter at no cost to our partners. The user groups provide a place where attendees can network, deepen their knowledge of ConnectWise products, and hear from thought leaders within The IT Nation.

The information we present each quarter is developed by our product team and software training consultants based on direct feedback from partners who have previously attended our events. Our theme for this quarter is sales and marketing. Sessions will focus on best practices to support sales and marketing, business trends that owners should be aware of, and how ConnectWise solutions can help support their sales and marketing goals.

We also keep a pulse on what people are talking about within the industry and look to leaders within our community to share their knowledge. Paul Dippell, Gary Pica, Chris Peterson, and Allan Walters will speak at user groups this quarter, providing their expertise on digital marketing, building a profitable sales engine, how to drive leads through a company’s sales funnel, and more.

“User groups are built on the foundation of collaborating and sharing,” said Susan Rhodes, Director, Solution Partner Experience. “It’s an opportunity to work on your business, not in it.”

But don’t just take our word for it. See what our partners have to say about their experience attending ConnectWise user groups.

“After going to my first user group, I got some great advice and decided that I would start going on a regular basis. That decision that has led to so many great business decisions. I started as just one person; now I have three locations, my employee headcount is around 30, and we are reaching best-in-class profitability. When I first joined the user group, all my clients were break/fix clients and I couldn’t have employees share the work because all the knowledge was in my head. I started working on this with lots of focus, and every user group I attended helped me find new improvements and more resources.” – Karl Bickmore, Snap Tech IT

“After we first implemented ConnectWise, we were looking for more guidance on how to leverage it. User groups were a great resource for us to learn more about using ConnectWise more effectively, and we connected with others to share ideas about our business and the technologies we use. You’ll get so much out of the user groups if you come with an open mind and are willing to share thoughts and ideas, as well as to bring questions and concerns to the group.” – Chris Kaiser, C Squared Computer Consulting
