We know 2020 has just begun, but we’re already hard at work planning some great things for The IT Nation community all over the globe this year! Take a look at some of the exciting events we’ve been working on:

Become a ConnectWise Manage expert at IT Nation Share

In North America this quarter, our IT Nation Share events are all about ConnectWise Manage®. These are going to be full day regional events that are jam-packed with sessions. These will be especially helpful for those that work in service, sales, operations, and finance.

These events are an exciting opportunity to learn about quarterly business reviews, evaluating member effectiveness, advanced agreements, and more. This year, we’re also featuring a session where we answer your product questions in real time, so come prepared with any questions you need answered.

We’re also offering a one-hour certification training that’s focused on building service teams. For the first time, you’ll have the ability to start your certification at IT Nation Share and complete the remaining coursework virtually on your own time—completely free of charge!

This quarter, we’re hosting more international IT Nation Share events than ever before—eight events in total! For our European partners, we’re hosting events in Manchester, Dublin, and Copenhagen in addition to the London user group. Our Australian partners will also have the ability to choose from more than one event in their region this quarter as we’re hosting user groups in Melbourne, Sydney, and Brisbane. Auckland is planned for our New Zealand partners as well.

These user groups will have a ConnectWise Manage dedicated track, including sessions on building service teams and evaluating member effectiveness, as well as a ConnectWise Automate® dedicated track. Plus, attendees will have the option to complete a module from either a ConnectWise Manage or a ConnectWise Automate training certification with the ability to complete the coursework virtually—all for free.

Get training on the full suite of ConnectWise solutions at IT Nation Explore

IT Nation Explore offers the opportunity to become an expert in the full suite of ConnectWise software solutions. This means that product training content from ConnectWise's newly expanded portfolio will be available, including Continuum®, BrightGauge®, and ITBoost®. At this three-day event, you’ll get hands-on training and valuable insight from ConnectWise leadership.

This year, IT Nation Explore is featuring over 50 exhibitors as well as over 120 informative breakout sessions! Session topics to expect include:

IT Nation Connect heads to Amsterdam

IT Nation Connect is heading back to Europe—and this year, we’re going to be in Amsterdam! We’re excited to bring three days of sessions, keynotes, and networking to help you succeed in your business.
