With so much changing around the world, businesses have to be resilient and ready to tackle the new challenges ahead. ConnectWise is no different. As we make more investments in our products and services, our mission and commitment to you, our partners, are evolving.

Our mission

The ConnectWise mission is clear:

To empower technology solution providers to realize their vision of success.

We aren’t taking those 11 words lightly. It’s our ongoing commitment to current and future partners to deliver the software and services you need to build a successful TSP and offer the support your clients expect. A lot of work has gone on behind the scenes to make our mission a reality, and our partners are going to reap the rewards.

How we will achieve our mission

A mission won’t be successful if it doesn’t have a plan behind it or a way to track its progress. We’ve developed four guidelines to help us lead the way and ensure our partners and TSPs across the industry are on the right path to their business destinations.

  1. ConnectWise will identify and solve TSPs’ biggest pain points and challenges.
  2. We will lead the way through innovation and by providing a transformational partnership with TSPs.
  3. The ConnectWise platform, our services and solutions, ecosystem, and immersive community will make our partners more productive and efficient.
  4. We will help make our partners more profitable and set them up for both personal and professional success.

These guidelines will keep pushing us to continually improve not only our products and offerings, but the overall customer experience and relationship we have with our partners.

What this means for our partners

When ConnectWise and Continuum joined forces in 2019, the platform used by more members of the MSP501 (67%) than any other on the market became even more powerful. Along with the addition of new software and solutions, we’ve brought onboard experts in areas that matter most to TSPs, like cybersecurity. So, what does this mean for you?

The added software, solutions, and expert services open up a world of possibilities for our partners and their businesses. While there was a concern that we would force partners to standardize their products or follow a specific path, that couldn’t be further from our belief in the power of choice.
