An introduction to ConnectWise User Groups

ConnectWise User Groups provide the opportunity to meet and mingle with other technology solution providers in your region, while offering unparalleled access to our product experts. This is the perfect platform to share and learn from mutual experience in a truly non-competitive environment, all while immersing yourself in a variety of ConnectWise Manage® and ConnectWise Automate® (formerly LabTech) educational and interactive sessions.

There are currently 30 regional user group meetings held throughout the year, with each quarter offering a different theme. In 2017, we have the following themes lined up:

1st Quarter: Service

2nd Quarter: Leadership

3rd Quarter: Marketing & Sales

What to expect when you attend
Attending a user group guarantees three things:
  1. The day of the meeting, you’ll have your pick of valuable breakout sessions with content tailored to your interests, company role, and experience level. BONUS POINTS: You’ll also get to participate in 2 hands-on labs for ConnectWise Automate and Manage!
  2. Access to several ConnectWise gurus who are ready to help ensure you are using our solutions to the fullest potential.
  3. The night before the all-day meeting, you’ll have the opportunity to connect with our partner community at a sponsored happy hour and complimentary partner networking dinner. Get to know fellow attendees before the big day (plus, breakfast, lunch, and a snack are provided the day of the meeting).
