Top navigation search functionality is now available to on-premise partners. Anything in ConnectWise is now never more than a quick keyword search away.

Find Documents Faster

Finding email attachments is now easier than ever! Every individual attachment captured in a ticket via email will now be in the Detail Description.

Track Time on-the-go with Mobile Stopwatch

The Stopwatch allows you to easily enter your time from a mobile device. You can have multiple timers to track the tasks you’re working on throughout the day; and, once the task is complete, it enables you to painlessly create a time entry. See, track, and post time entries from anywhere.

Gain Dashboard Visibility into Ticket Progress

Easily see what is currently In Progress based on status, recent status changes, time entries, schedule entries, and more. This dashboard also includes a Ticket Ticker showing recent activity and gives you the ability to open the ticket from the dashboard.

Get Paid Faster

New invoicing workflow triggers notify clients and internal resources when invoices are almost due. You can simply set up workflows that push notifications a set number of days before the invoice is due, ensuring everyone knows when action is required.
