Recently, I shared the five lessons we learned during LabTech Software’s first 10 years. These lessons helped us get to where we are today, and now we’re ready for our next pursuit—an extraordinary drive toward our partners’ future success in the years to come. Here are the five obsessions we’re ready to take on to drive the next decade of innovation, automation and growth, alongside you:
1. Delivering Meaningful Tools
As you grow, you can’t forget that your partners come first. Your products have to provide long-term value and dependable integrations that solve your clients’ pain points easily and efficiently. When your service offering can smoothly adapt to what your clients need, you’ll be able to deliver top-notch service the same way our customizable and all-encompassing solutions do for you.
2. Perfecting the User Interface and Experience
An engaging product goes beyond the basics by providing a genuinely enjoyable experience. We want to provide that in every way, starting with a more powerful breed of products that enhance the user experience. Our goal is to connect people on demand, so that no matter the time, place, or situation, shared expertise is available every step of the way.
3. Driving Internal and External Transformation
We can’t provide advice on transformation if we haven’t done it ourselves. We continue to develop working models for success, which are readily available for you to incorporate into your own business. Offering guidance to your clients means researching, testing, and validating the best practices and workflows that will serve them best at every stage of growth. Do more than just provide a great product; present the processes and practices that lead to long-term success.
4. Providing Support and Training
Your success is our success, so our support will be available when you need it because we understand what drives your business. You’ll have access to new techniques and information through certification training, workshops, knowledge base articles, and University training. We’ll listen first, provide transparent communication, and work tirelessly for you, so you can do the same for your clients.
5. Creating Innovative Communities
Together, we are stronger, so it’s imperative to build connections for everyone who shares the same passions and interests. We’re developing a shared knowledge network for developers, C-level executives, techs, industry consultants, and subject matter experts. You can establish these same connections in your own business with client networks and regular opportunities for feedback. Consider hosting workshops and conventions as face-to-face opportunities to discuss the latest news and develop solutions and processes. In-person and online connections will help build a peer-to-peer system that covers the needs of all of your clients.
We envision an active, immersive experience that meets the needs of all of our partners. This allows them to build on our tools to provide intelligent, proactive service to their clients. By pursuing these extraordinary obsessions, you can cultivate the keys to reinventing your business–for your clients, your partners, your colleagues, and your industry. By doing so today, you’ll be ready for whatever tomorrow brings.
