Description:
ConnectWise is seeking a Software Implementation Consultant for its Tampa, FL location. ConnectWise provides software solutions to Technology Solution Providers nationwide. ConnectWise PSA monitors and tracks the entire service process from service request entry thru collection of time and billing as well as project management and CRM/Sales functions.
Summary/Objective:
Implementation Consultants are key contributors in the implementation of ConnectWise solutions for our customers. The underlying goal of the ConnectWise Professional Services organization is to make our customers successful. We do this by properly setting and managing customer expectations and implementation of the package. Implementations include configuration and setup of the application, business process review and training. Post-implementation support will also be required.

- Problem-solving abilities and ability to meet reasonable deadlines
- Strong team player, ability to build positive and collaborative relationships within the ConnectWise organization and with customer personnel
- Willingness to develop professionally
- Ability to work with little supervision
Education:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Computer or Business field is required
- MBA or other Master Degree desirable
Experience:
- 2+ years consulting experience with professional services firm or software company delivering software implementation services, or similar industry experience is preferred.
Other Requirements:
- Must be United States Citizen
- Willingness to travel 15-20%, as dictated by assigned project(s)
