RMA Tracking

Coming Fall 2008! Products can come through from sales orders, service tickets and projects.  We can track each product to the client, even down to the configuration level including the serial number.  When it’s time to return it to the vendor, just generate an RMA.   Related vendor information including RMA numbers will be captured.  Vendor RMAs will be linked to a service ticket and you’ll be able to track progress during the entire return process. 

Do you loan equipment to clients while waiting for the vendor to get the defective one replaced?  Know which client has your loaners and where they are at all times by using the ConnectWise RMA module.
